(y/n)'s pov:

walking into class the next day and seeing people scattered around your desk made your heart instantly drop.

crap, what's going on now? why are people around my desk?

as you approached your seat, you recognized them being mina's friends. aka, the baku squad. you walked over and saw no sign of bakugou himself, and assumed you would be safe for now.

"um.. hello everyone.." you could barely be heard as you approached the desk with caution, still keeping an eye out for the angry porcupine.

"hey, it's (y/n)!" sero said. "so, what did you think of the party last night, huh? pretty sick right?"

you could very well remember the previous night, and how bakugou basically told the group of teens they had his 'ok' to do as they pleased. bakugou's tight grip on your arm hadn't gone away yet either.

"uh, yea.. haha, pretty sick..." unable to lie very well, you trailed off.

"so everyone," mina piped in. "i've been thinking, what do you all say about (y/n) joining us this weekend?"

the group closed in and eyed me down, waiting for an answer. but my eyes were just as wide as theirs.

"what? you guys wanna hang out with me this weekend?"

"yea, we're gonna train this weekend to practice for the sports festival coming up!" kirishima said with delight.

no way in hell, (y/n), tell them no, these guys will kill me!

"uh, you know, i don't- um i wasn't really planning on..."

"no way in hell can she come."

everyone in the group broke the circle around me to find bakugou standing in the door frame.

"we're to hardcore for her.." bakugou trailed off as he walked toward us, the group stared him down which made him loose focus in his words.

"come on bakugou, we need an extra group member so the pairs will be even!" kaminari said.

"what? we don't need her, we'll be fine." bakugou said, but sero quickly added, "nah dude, me and kaminari were gonna pair up and so were you and kirishima, so what about mina?"

he eyed you and for once, you had agreed with bakugou, you knew these guys were way to strong for you, even just to practice with. you silently sat, praying bakugou would stick with his answer and decline the invitation.

"fine." he suddenly said, which surprised even his friends. "she can come, just so the pairs will be even, and don't even think about getting in my way shrimp." he finished and turned, heading away from the group and towards his seat. thankfully, he brought his evil aura with him.

the group just sat in silence, all shocked by bakugou's answer.

"that's GREAT (Y/N), YOU CAN COME!!" mina said and wrapped her arms around your neck.
