Bakugou's POV
"Bakugou get down!!" a worried female voice screamed. My eyes widened as I saw a huge blue flame coming towards me. I tried to tell my legs to move but they felt stuck, glued to the ground as my impending doom stared me down. Then a huge force hit me and a blood curdling scream pierced the air as I hit the ground. I looked up and saw her clutching her stomach as tears streamed down her pale face. She was in a lot of pain, even before the blast and yet, she still saved me. I watched her in astonishment as she rose to her feet, hissing as pain consumed her body. "I won't let you hurt him!" her normally teasing and confident voice screamed in a mixture of anger and desperation. Her body was shaking, she was weak and her energy was fading fast. "Armageddon 85%!!" her voice screamed. Lightning sparked around her body as the wind picked up drastically. The ground shook and a bright hot flame ignited in her hands. 85% is too much......she'll kill herself! I got up running towards her. "Aiko! No!" I screamed trying to stop her. Then everything went white.
*Flashback to 6 months ago*
Aizawa droned on and on about something or other, I wasn't listening. I just knew I was way too tired for this shit. I did manage to catch Aizawa saying "......new student." I rolled my eyes, just another shitty hero wanna be. Then a feminine voice caught my attention, "Hello everyone, my name is Aiko. It's a pleasure to meet you all!" I looked at the girl standing in front of the class. She was tall for a girl, fair skinned with long white hair that faded into a light blue, her eyes were a piercing blue. I looked at the rest of the class and noticed every guy was drooling over her, even that stupid nerd Deku. I grunted. Pathetic, all of you. She took the empty seat next to Mineta, smiling brightly at him before taking out a notebook and listening attentively. She's a female version of that damn nerd.
I was happy to hear we'd be doing some training today. I was the first one out the door to change in the locker rooms. When I got into Gym B, I saw the girl from earlier standing there as everyone else flocked around her. She looked around uncomfortable as if she wasn't used to all the attention. Aizawa called the class to attention and gave us our one-on-one partners for today. "Aiko and Bakugou, you're up first," Aizawa gruff voice called out. All the guys sighed in disappointment as the new girl looked around confused. I huffed, "Why the hell do I have to fight the newbie?!" I heard the girl snicker, my head snapped towards her as my temper began to boil. "What're you laughing at you pathetic loser?!?" I screamed. She shook her head and laughed lightly, "I just can't wait to kick your ass and put you in your place is all." The entire class fell silent, shocked, while I processed what she was saying. My blood boiled, "YOU SON OF A ---" "Alright enough you two, save it for your matchup" Aizawa interrupted, pinching the bridge of his nose in annoyance. She smirked as she headed towards the ring, I followed closely behind her. Her and I took our places, each of us sizing the other up. Her eyes, that earlier, were happy and full of life, were now cold and analytical. "Begin" Aizawa said from his seat in the bleachers. I didn't hesitate at all, I attacked first using my anger to fuel my quirk. I grinned darkly, "DIE!!!" She dogged it quickly and easily. She slid past me, under my arm. I turned to face her again only to be met with a wall of earth coming near me. I blew it up using an explosion, only to find she was nowhere to be seen. I turned around confused before her voice cockily called out, "Up here." I looked up to see her floating above the ground. Her quirk was strong so it seemed, but I'm stronger. I smirked to myself then built up all my energy into one powerful explosion, but before it could do any damage I was covered in a thick wall of ice. So she's got shitty Icy Hot's power too huh? She floated down to the ground gently and smirked at me, sensing her victory. I growled darkly in my throat. "The match goes to Aiko," Aizawa's voice said in slight amusement.
