When His World Went 'Boom'

Izuku had cried over the situation at least seven times now. And, he still felt like curling up and sobbing. At first, he'd figured it was all some sick joke where Todoroki would come and tell him that it was all okay, that they were okay, and he was sorry for scaring him. But, after sitting lonesome on his bed for one and a half whole days he figured that the apology wasn't coming anytime soon. And he really wanted to cry some more, but, he just didn't have it in himself too.

Apparently, Todoroki hadn't been the only one who'd disconnected from all social media. In fact, Midoriya hadn't been on his phone at all in the past twenty-some hours. Not since he'd been sent that picture along with a perfuse apology from Ururaka. Izuku hadn't even responded to her. What could he say?

As if the unwelcome kiss from Kirishima itself hadn't confused him enough.

Groaning, Izuku rolled over to face his dorm room wall. Which had been a different- darker shade of white then he'd remembered. At this point, because he'd done nothing but cry and stare at the walls, they'd reminded him of one of those padded rooms in the psychiatrists they put crazy patients in. But, he knew better, Izuku wasn't crazy. No, he was completely sane. It just hadn't felt like it. He felt unstable. And he knew probably was.

He held his hand just above his eyes, to see that it was shaking. Was his whole body like this right now? He honestly didn't doubt it. Sleep deprivation wasn't anything new to him. It had just never felt so bad.

Ever since Kirishima had kissed him, his mind had been jumbled as question upon question had crammed itself into his head. Why would he initiate it in the first place? He'd never shown any signs that he may have liked Izuku. Why wasn't he upset when Midoriya had pushed him back?

And then, it all made sense.

Midoriya had gone from a sad mess to completely fucking pissed.

He'd bolted straight out of his bed as soon as he'd been hit by the heavy realization that this was all completely intended. His mind went hazy with anger as he walked from his dorm and straight to Bakugou's. Once he made it to the door he just stopped and stared for a moment. He could clearly hear voices. However, neither of them were sounding too clear at the moment. Though, they were clear enough for him to hear a few things.

"Sorry,"

"Not your fault."

And, then some following almost silent panting.

Midoriya felt all confidence drain from him. He knew one of the voices was Bakugou, hell it was his dorm. But, the other voice didn't sound like Kirishima's nor did it sound like Denki's, Sero's, and most definitely not Mina's.

Izuku wasn't sure he really wanted to know who else's voice was behind the door. But, before he could stop himself, his hand was in a fist and he was knocking on the door. There was a small chuckle and then silence before the door swung open and he was met with Bakugou. And, he didn't look happy, which only worsened whenever he'd seen that it was Deku at the door. Midoriya tried to see past Bakugou because he wanted desperately to know who else was in the dorm. But, he was shorter than Katsuki and failed to do so.

"Tch, what do you want shitty nerd?" Bakugou's eyes seemed to hold a fire of hate in them as they narrowed on the other. His anger quickly flooded back to his system. And he was sure that seeing the blond in person was fueling it.

Midoriya gave up on attempting to see past the male and instead harshly returned his glare. "Actually, 'Kacchan' I came here to speak to you about your little social media stunt with me and my boyfriend." He remained confident up until Bakugou began to laugh. Which ultimately confused him. But, then, the other shook his head and confidently spoke.

"Oh, boyfriend? Would you mind introducing him to me? Because as far as I'm concerned you're single. Or, did you really find someone who was willing to be with you after what you did to Todo?" Wait, step back, Todo? Only he'd ever called him Todo. Not only that, he was acting like he hadn't set that whole kiss with Kirishima up. Acting like he was some sort of hero in this whole situation. That hadn't even messed him up as much as the fact that he'd said Midoriya was single. Well, what did Bakugou know about him and Todoroki's relationship anyway?

"What d-do you mean? I'm w-with Sh-shouto...you know this Bakugou!" Honestly, Izuku was starting to freak out. Because, maybe, He did know a thing or two about their relationship.

"Oh, are you really? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, he confirmed himself that he was done with you. It's about time that he realized he deserved better." Midoriya felt his body go completely numb with the all too sudden news, though he definitely had not missed the next thing that had happened, as Bakugou looked behind him and called for the one an only, you guessed it, Todoroki.

Midoriya was sure that he heard his heart shatter in his ears as Todoroki walked up to the door of the dorm and glared so harshly that it rivaled Bakugou's own original one.

"Oh, Midoriya." As calm as ever. His tone was so cool that Izuku thought for just a moment that he'd been taken all the way back to when they'd first met at U.A. the slivered pieces of his heart were surely being ground into a fine powder.

"Shouldn't you be with Kirishima?" Cold. So, so, so cold. Izuku was visibly shaking. He'd almost forgotten about the red-haired teen.

"I-" He felt sick so sick. Bakugou rolled his eyes and smirked sadistically.

"I really don't think he gets it, babe. We should help him understand." Todoroki just barely gave one last glance to Izuku before humming simply. Izuku's knees felt week. He physically could not breathe.

"Of course, Katsuki." At that moment, Bakugou leaned down just a bit to catch Todoroki's lips in a kiss. A heated one at that Izuku wasn't sure that either one of them had remembered he was there in the first place. Not until Todoroki placed a hand on Bakugou's chest and pushed back gently. He smiled and looked to Midoriya who as frantically sputtering and backing up until he'd ran into a wall. And Bakugou shook his head.

"Bye-bye extra." As soon as he spoke he began to close the door, though Midoriya could see Todoroki rap his arms around Bakugou.

Suddenly Midoriya was back to crying.
