After thinking even more I start to write a short song.
She messed up and she kept it in,
She left him hanging in the wind.
She should've told him in the start
But instead he's in the dark.
She got herself,
into this,
On her own,
Not a thing to win,
There's no reason,
Can't explain,
What went on,
In her brain.
All she knows,
Is that she feels...
Herself with him. When I finish the song I grab my phone and call Delilah.
Delilah: Hello?
Jess: Hi, are you busy?
Delilah: No, what's up?
I tell her everything and sigh.
Delilah: You did make a mistake by not telling him when you first met him but he obviously forgave you. What you need to do now is talk to him about what happened earlier. He really liked you though.
Jess: Yeah, I really did and I guess I'll talk to him about it tomorrow... But why do you think he likes me?
Delilah: He already talked to me about everything that happened and he may or may not have told me that he likes you.
Jess: Lying to me won't make me feel better.
Delilah: I'm not lying, just wait and see.
With that, she hangs up on me.
Two days later (Monday):
I wake up from a nightmare and check my phone it's 10 in the morning. I hop in the shower and after put some clothes and makeup then check my text messages. Someone texted me, lemme see what they said.
???: Hey this is Sam, we were wondering if you could come over today.
Jess: I can, would 2 be a good time.
Sam: Yeah, that's fine.
...
I knock on their door and hear the boys yelling about who's gonna open the door. Sam opens the door and lets me inside.
"You don't have to clean today. You can just hang out with us we really enjoyed talking to you at Tender Greens."
"You sure you don't want me to clean? there's a lot of things I could be doing."
"You can deal with those things later. Come on, let's go to the living room."
We walk into the living room and I see everyone from the trap house. I look around and see that the only seat available is the end of the couch beside Colby. After a few seconds we make eye contact and he quickly looks away. I sigh and sit down next to him.
"I'm sorry." He says quietly.
"Don't be." I reply frowning.
I watch TV and talk to everyone for a while until I can't stand it anymore.
"Excuse me"
I get up and start to walk to the bathroom to take a break but halfway there I feel someone grab my arm. I turn around and see Colby.
"I'm truly sorry Jess."
"It's ok, but I'm sorry about this."
I grab his face and smash my lips against his. After a second he kisses back passionately. He slips in some tongue and things start to get heated. His hand starts to trail downward from my waist and I stop him.
"Let's go upstairs." I say grabbing his hand.
We quietly run up the stairs and into his room. He gently pushes me onto his bed and takes my shirt off. He looks down at me with eyes full of lust and admiration then starts to kiss my neck and I run my fingers through his hair. When he gets to a sensitive spot a moan escapes my mouth. He leaves a trail of love bites halfway down my neck and we are so lost in the moment we don't hear the door open.
"Sorry" Jake says covering his eyes.
I quickly get my shirt back on and excuse myself before quietly going down the stairs. At the bottom I hear whispering and stop to listen.
"So I'm guessing they worked things out." Jake says quietly.
"Did he tell you anyone else about the doctor pepper incident?" Sam asks.
I then hear chorus of 'yeah''s.
"So he told everyone?" Corey asks, surprised.
"Well, Jake told me." Aaron says.
"And you told me, Corey." Devyn says.
I come out of my hiding spot.
"So all of you know?" I ask nervously.
They all look at me guiltily.
"Oh, God." I say quietly, rubbing my temples before leaving the room.
I run into Colby before I get to the front door.
"Where you going?" He asks frowning.
"Did you have to tell them about the doctor pepper incident?" He gives me a regretful look.
"I didn't know what to do."
I start to open the door but Colby stops me.
"I need some time alone." I say almost calmly but with a hint of anger at the end.
He gives me a sad look and I open the door and leave.
At the apartment:
When I get in the apartment I go to my room and turn on some music. One thing you need to know about me is that when am stressed or sad I like to sing or write a song about what I'm feeling.
I start to sing The Girl by Hellberg ft. Cozi Zuehlsdorff and when I'm done I feel a little bit better. But that changes when I check instagram. It shows up that I have a message request from a group chat. I open it to see that everyone from the trap house has sent me messages in the chat saying they're sorry. I reply and groan.
Jess: There's no reason for you guys to apologizing. I'm sorry I didn't clean I just needed some time alone.
After a few minutes I check my instagram again and see that they messaged me again.
Elton: We understand and we wanted you to come over to talk and hang out with us, not to clean. You don't have to clean everytime you come to the house. We enjoy talking to you.
Jess: Thank you, I really appreciate that, and I enjoy talking to you guys too.
Elton: Np
The rest of the day I spend playing games and making covers of songs then go to bed.
The next morning (Tuesday):
I wake up and get ready for work (cleaning the trap house) then go over to the trap house.
I open the door and go in the kitchen to see Colby making mac and cheese. I get a cloth to clean off the counter since they got it really dirty again and I feel someone spank my butt. I jump a little and squeak. I look behind me to see Colby smirking and I punch his arm.
"You know you liked it." I blush knowing that I kind of did and he laughs.
"I did not." I lie, then he walks behind me and wraps his arms around my waist making my heart start to race.
"So you don't like this?" He spanks me again and I hiss.
"Ok, maybe a little." I confess, and he walks away leaving me wanting more.
This is gonna be an interesting day.
