Chapter 14

James's P.O.V.

"Switch?" I whisper out confused and disappointed. (He's not disappointed in being a switch. He's disappointed because they keep this from him.)

"James.." Kingson Says softly.

"Is it true, Kingson?" I demanded.

"James, Sweety..."

"Oh my god..." I whisper walking away disappointed in my partners for keeping this from me.

"James wait!!" Kingson yells.

"No go away," i yell running down the stairs trying to leave. I accidentally bump into Mason.

"Sorry," I whisper and go around him. He grabs my arm and stops me bring us face to face.

"James, what's wrong?" I go to answer him but Kingson grabs me while Jason grabs a sedate.

"NO!!" I thrash in Kingson's arms. Jason goes to sedate me when all the sudden Mason sedates him. Jason drops to the floor. Mason grabs the second sedate and tosses it to me. I catch it and sedate Kingson. He drops to the floor letting go of me. I run to Mason who is crying and freaking out.

"Mason...Mason come on. We gotta go," I say picking him up.

"Wait, what about Scarlett?"

"Right ok, I'kk grab her. You get the diaper bag." I said grabbing our emergency bags and Scarlett.

"Ok let's go. I took the Jeep keys," mason says. I put Scarlett in her car seat and then got in. I drove us to the 'Manington Hotel.' When we get there and settle in I notice Scarlett waking up. Mason's asleep and I don't think she likes me.

Scarlett/Aqua's P.O.V.

I wake up in a different place but I notice I can feel my legs again. I look over to see emerald eyes and James.

"W..hat's  w..wrong?" I croak my voice sounds horrible. James brings me a (baby) bottle full of just plain water and pain meds mixed in.

"Hey babygirl," James says trying to wipe his tears without me noticing.

"Hey what's wrong?" I ask while brushing his hair aside out of his eyes.

"I'm a switch. I've been a switch my entire life. Which is okay. I'm okay with being a switch but for my entire life they lied to me. Directly to my face. That hurts," He says crying into my lap. I play with his hair and reply with,

"Hey...Hey it's ok. Hmm....How about instead of running away we show them a good relationship between us. Make them feel guilt. So me, you and emerald eyes can start a good relationship. A trust-worthy relationship. Make them learn their lesson, don't run away from this," I finish saying while wiping the rest of his tears.

"That sounds perfect," emerald eyes says, startling me and James. I smile at him.

":Yah and I can even go into headspace," I tell them really wanting to.

"That'll be perfect," Mason says picking me up on to his lap.

"Is it ok for me to create nicknames for you guys? I mean I don't know what they are yet but..." James places his hand on my thigh.

"Sure sweetie." I smile back at him but then I yawn all the sudden.

"Right let's get you laid down for a nap," James says while shaking a bottle of milk up.  I drink about half of it and fall asleep feeling safe while James rocks me slightly.

Mason's P.O.V.

"So should we go back tomorrow?" James asks me while laying Scarlett on the bed.

"We should go back around 5 or 6. Maybe she'll be in her headspace by then," I reply reassuring him.

"Okay while she naps let's get some food and go shopping," James says while pulling out the baby carrier.
