Part 18 - Misunderstanding

POV Jin

I hear (Y/n) scream from my office, I turn around towards the door. The door swings open and Rose walks in.

"Hi Jin." She says with a smile, (Y/n) runs after her in.

"Rose...?" Without thinking her name comes out of my mouth, I look over at (Y/n). "(Y/n) can you leave us for awhile alone?" I ask her. She looks confused at me and than at Rose.

"Well actually I can't we have a meeting to attend too, that starts in 10 min!"

"It won't be long." Rose tells her with a smile. She looks at me I gave her small nod, she rolls her eyes as she walks out of the office. I stand up from my chair and I walk over to her.

"What are you doing here, you could have come any better moment?!" I tell her angry. She just smiles and walks in closer and hugs me. The smell of her familiar parfum reminds me of our good times, without any thought I bring my arms around her and hug her back. We slowly remove our arms, our faces are inches from each other. Captured by her eyes we share a kiss, I slowly open my eyes and my eyes meet those of (Y/n). Her eyes where filled with tears. Rose notice that I took a step back, she grabs my arm and I stop in shock. There is sharp pain in my chest as the door closes, as the door fully closes I break loose from Rose and run over too the elevator doors. I push the buttons but nothing happens.

"Mr. Kim?" I hear behind me, I turn around and see Charlie standing behind me.

"I am sorry you needed to see that, it was very unprofessional of me." She keeps staring at me and I don't know why.

"Don't try too small talk me Mr. Kim!" She crosses her arms and blocks my path.

"I am sorry I can't tell you." I say to her. She just shakes her head at me and before I knew it she slaps me right in my face.

"You can't tell me! Bullshit! I am one of her best friends I know her too well and what you did was unacceptable. I may not know your situation but still that's so gross, I have nothing left too say." Charlie walks away towards the staircase. Rose walks up too me and places her hand on the place where Charlie just hit me. Her hand moves from my cheek too my hand as she takes me back into my office.

"It may be best so, you won't want her to be hurt at all?" Rose tells me and my blood begins to boil.

"You haven't explained anything to me! How do I know I would hurt her if I already freaking did. Didn't you see the look on her face, she hates me!"

"Okay stop yelling, I am not the only one at fault you kissed me first."

"Yes I know and it was a stupid ass mistake but I had moved one why are you here again!"

"Relax for a minute if you keep screening like this you will not hear a word that I am going too say. So please sit down and let me explain."

"Fine I have nothing left to do than sit and listen." I sit down and she sit down next to me. I cross my legs and wait for Rose to start talking.

"Okay so I said at the phone that my father got in some shady business, I lied about part of it. That name I told you isn't the reason you are in dangerous. My dad made a deal with a drug lord, so they can sell easier and my dad makes more profit of the artist as the events."

"Okay still don't know what this has to do with me?"

"Let me talk Jin, I sometimes get it why we broke up. But that is not the point at this very moment. Like I told you my dad makes a lot of money but he has lost a lot, I don't know how he lost it but he did."

"I know how he is stupidly addicted too gambling, it's no surprise too me." I tell her and her whole face begins to get red. I places my hands on hers to calm her down.
