This sports day, Jungkook as something bigger on his mind than winning the 800m sprint. He's about to confess to his best friend Kim Taeyhung! 🌈

Jungkook sighed heavily as he pulled his trainers on and headed for the door. This was for two reasons. The first reason was that he was somehow late for the best day of the school term: Sports Day, and the second was that it was getting closer and closer to the time he had to confess.
This wasn't just any confession either, this was the biggest kind of confession a 17 year old can make: A confession of love.
As the dark haired male drove up the road, he went over and over the practiced speech in his head.
The problem was every time he said it, it came out differently and by the time Jungkook got to the school gates he decided he'd simply have to wing it.
"Kookie! I thought you weren't coming."
A familiar voice called and Tae came jogging into view wearing sweatpants and an adorable oversized hoodie. Jungkook couldn't help beaming as his best friend came to a stop and hugged him quickly.
"Sorry, I forgot to set my alarm and had to speed here."
Tae rolled his eyes playfully and grabbed the others hand.
"Come on then Kook, the bus will be leaving soon."
The simple act of holding hands made Jungkook blush and become home to what felt like a thousand butterflies in his stomach but he knew the other didn't think anything of it as Tae was naturally affectionate and loved holding hands with just about anyone.
The bus was pretty warm and although  it wasn't a long journey to the big playing field, Jungkook started to sweat instantly in his shorts and thin top.
"Tae? How are you wearing that hoodie in this heat? Maybe you should take it off. Shorts and a top would have been better."
He told the boy who was sitting next to him and looking dreamily out of the window.
"I'm ok. Besides... you know."
Jungkook did know but that didn't stop him from worrying, he didn't want Tae to overheat.
The said male was very self conscious about his feminine body and it didn't really help being around Jungkook who had a toned body and a perfect set of abs.
Jungkook always felt like crying when he thought about this and wanted so badly to tell him how beautiful he was but that would make his feelings obvious and he had never wanted that.
He wanted it now though and maybe once he confessed, he could tell the other exactly what he felt about his entire appearance.

*An hour later*
"Well done Kookie!" Tae screamed, grabbing the older boys  hands and swinging him around.
Jungkook had just won the 800m after easily keeping ahead of the 7 other runners. A gold medal now hung proudly around his neck and he felt full of adrenaline.
Both boys stopped jumping around and sat under a tree by a shallow stream glad of the shade it gave them.
Sweat was now visibly pouring off Tae who still refused to take his hoodie off and Jungkook again tried to persuade him.
"Take it off Tae, it's only me and you and your going to get really ill soon."
Tae offered no response and Jungkook was getting more and more agitated as he felt time slipping away.
'It's now or never!' He told himself sternly and turned determinedly to his (hopefully)  soon to be boyfriend.
"Taeyhungie?"
Tae nodded and turned so he was sitting cross legged in front of the other.
"So uhm... I really need to tell you something and i-it's very important ok... I-I just wanted to tell you that I think your so adorable and I love your boxy smile and I love the way you laugh and pout. I love your personality and your silly jokes and the way you walk and talk and your concentration face. I love everything about you...and I t-think your body is the most amazing beautiful thing I've ever seen and... I like really want to kiss you right now...."
There was complete silence as what had been said sunk in and both boys got redder and redder.
Then Tae laughed. He actually laughed in a situation like this! Did he think he was joking?
"I'm not joking... it's ok if you don't feel the same."
Tae's eyes widened slightly and he mumbled,
"Of course your joking, why would you ever want to go it with someone like me? If this is a joke it's not funny... I like you and I'm being serious. Someone as perfect as you could never be with me, I'm so, so... ugh I mean just look at me!"
"I am looking at you."
Jungkook growled gently, angry deep down at whoever had made the other feel so worthless.
"I'm looking at you and I never want to stop."
With that, he attacked the other, pushing him down onto his back and hovering above him.
They stared straight at each other for a second that felt like an hour before Jungkook pressed his lips gently to the others and kissed him slowly.
There was a soothing, beautiful innocence to the kiss that instantly told Tae just how real the others love was and he relaxed instantly as Jungkook moved down to his neck.
Instead of harsh bites came small kisses and gentle nips and soon the elder was slithering down and pulling the others hoodie up slowly.
"I'm looking at you"
Jungkook repeated, staring directly at Tae before returning to pressing butterfly kisses over every inch of skin.
The younger giggled and squirmed, letting out a tiny whimper when the elders lips reached the top of his sweatpants.
"See?" Jungkook smiled as he pulled Tae up and into his lap.
"I love you so much and I am looking at you. I've been looking at you for the past 14 years and I've always wanted to do that."
Tae's smile grew even wider as he pressed a quick kiss to the elders collar bone.
"I love you so much Kookie, I guess I always have really."
