I wanted to tell you guys something.
You pick up that god damn piece of food and eat it because, darling, one little calorie or a thousand can't change your self-worth. I know what society plants into your head, of all people, I should know. But please just eat. And you more than likely know this too, but that's really not healthy for you too skip out on meals. I'm I kind of being hypocritical right now, but if I can at least get you to eat a full meal while working on it myself, that'll bring a smile to my face. Darling, I know what it's like to want to eat and then telling yourself you're not worthy, and you can go without that little bit until you get another chance to eat. I know the nauseating feeling you get when your absolutely hungry, but you can't eat. Or that you've refused your opportunity.
My point is, you pick up what you want to eat and it eat. A cookie, a milkshake, an entire cake, or even a thousand calories won't determine just how beautiful we are.
You and I, we both needed this. You should try to eat when you want to eat, because I guarantee neither of us want into that habit. I'm not shaming anyone who has, or is slipping away. I'm just saying, it'll only get worse if you skip out on at least eating one thing.
Be sure to eat today, because guess what? You're lovely today, and you still will be tomorrow!
