Personality: Storm is a calm and collected person, always having his mind cleared, able to think rationally. However, he can be short tempered and a bit dishonest when it comes to dodging certain questions. Particularly ones that he finds stupid. He hates being bothered in the middle of training and would just ignore whoever bothered him or if he's really annoyed, he would send lightning strikes from his sword.
Semblance: Forecast
Forecast is a semblance that allows Storm to control the weather depending on which environment he's in. For example, if he's in a cold environments he can create snowstorms. However, Storm also has a significant amount of weaknesses thanks to the semblance.
Weaknesses: (More will be added later)
* He can only use the semblance for 5 minutes before he's exhausted
* He'll get bad headaches and will gradually lose his abilities if overused
* if in a cold environment he's weak against heat and vice versa
* He can only create one storm if he's in a specific area (Meaning if in a sandy area he's limited to only creating sandstorms)
Weapon: Thunder Carver, a sword with a dust chamber (Lightning, Fire, Ice)

Hair: Short, Dark gray
Eyes: Dark gray
Outfit: Storm wears a black shirt, a light gray unzipped long coat, light gray pants and shoes.
Trivia:
* When Storm has his mind set on something it's hard to convince him otherwise
* He has a habit of training until he can't get back up
