Twenty One

*Bri POV*

     I run upstairs as fast as I could. I get to my room and lock the door cause I hear Zach follow me. "Bri, please. Babe. Bri! Freckles," he says with his voice starting to crack at the end. I sit with me back up against my door. I hear Zach slide down it. "Please, I didn't mean to," he just broke down. Hear him cry made me cry more. "Bri, I love you! I never wanted this to happen. If I didn't leave at the party I would haven't gotten drugged then cheated on you. IT'S ALL MY FAULT!" He just broke down.

My heart broke even more. The man I love is just pouring his heart out. I do trust him but this story seems crazy, but I think that it's so crazy that it's hard to make up. "Bri, I need you. You are my best friend. Love of my life. I want to stay with you. I couldn't live without you. Why can't you trust me with this," Zach said slamming his hand on the ground. "Ok fine, have it your way. Come to me when you want to talk. We aren't over." Zach said getting up.

I got up from the floor. Walk over to my bed and just cried. I didn't leave my room for the rest of the day. Jack came in but he didn't really do anything for me. He was with Zach and saw it happen. I believe Zach but my heart is just broken to think he had sex with someone else. Even tho he was drugged he was still aware of what he was doing and that is what breaks my heart.

I stay in my room for the rest of day. Daniel was the only one who came in and out of my room. "knocks knock." "Come in Dani," I say with a laugh. I haven't been able to stop crying. I don't why. I trust Zach but my heart is still broken.

"Tell me what happened. Zach won't talk to Jack and when he doesn't I know something is wrong. Heck, when he doesn't talk something is wrong." "Last night at the party Zach cheated on me. He says he was drugged which I believe him cause he can't come up with stuff like that one his own." I say stuffed up while Daniel lets out a little chuckle. "But I am just so heartbroken that it happens that I can't even look at him," I say

"Bri, I get. You don't want to see him but that boy thinks you want to break up. He is so dumb to think that you don't believe him. To save this you can't hide in here all day."

"But that is all I want to do. I can't even look at his bedroom door without crying." "Well then talk to him through the door. Since you have a bathroom in your room go in the bathroom and I will have him come in here and you two can talk through the door." "Ok"

As Daniel said that he got up. He put out his hand for me to take. I did. We got up. He left my room and I went into the bathroom. I sat there for a bit. I bet Daniel had to convince him to come to my room. Then I heard footsteps and some sniffles.
