*trigger warning: suicidal thoughts*
Time passed slower and slower for Jihoon as he practically craved to be near Woojin again. He missed his voice which was soothing and deep and would always calm him down. He missed his touch that would send tingles and warmth throughout his whole body. He missed his smile which gave him so much happiness. He never realized the difference Woojin made in his life until he wasn't there anymore.
Jihoon became more closed off towards everyone and had a significant change in anxiety. He went back to the nervous stage he'd been in when he first transferred to the college. His friends noticed and they worried, they also wondered what had happened with Woojin since Jihoon and him stopped talking and avoided each other as well.
Most of all Jihoon felt guilt when he looked across the room at Woojin who sat with his head lowered. He couldn't imagine how Woojin felt, he'd promised to never leave him yet he still did.
On the other hand Woojin felt destroyed he knew he would eventually get ditched by Jihoon but he thought this would be different. Somehow anytime he made a close friend he would get ditched or hurt, left behind. It all started after he met this one boy when he was younger. The boy was taller than him with dark hair, the boy was the only person that spoke to him and treated him normally. They were friends for years growing up side by side. Yet that came to an end when a terrifying event happened that Woojin refuses to ever think about again, ever. Woojin promised himself to never trust someone again but he let his guard down with Jihoon and ended up being hurt.
He felt alone,
abandoned,
helplesss. He was all alone again with no one. His parents hated him. Jihoon hated him. At this point he almost gave up on everything. Yet seeing Jihoon in the hall or in class gave him a small amount of hope. If he couldn't be apart of Jihoons life at least he could stand by on the side and watch. Just knowing that Jihoon was "happy" made Woojin feel like there was something to live for. His mind had gone to a dark place he was hurting mentally and physically, but he never spoke up or showed it he just stood by and watched.
Woojin could still hear the exact words Jihoon had said to him.
"I'm sorry Woojin...just don't come near me anymore.."
Woojin could remembering running out of the school his whole world falling apart. He ran a good distance away before he broke down in a alleyway in a random neighborhood. He didn't know where he was or if anyone saw him, nor did he care. He just sat there in a ball sobbing. He was broken he felt like the world had ended. He remembered walking in the cold dark night his eyes blurred with tears and his legs weak from exhaustion. He walked up to a ledge looking down and the endless darkness beneath it.
One step and it would all be over.
One step.
Just then he pictured his sisters face. He couldn't abandon her not alone with their abusive parents. He saw Jihoons face as well, imagine the guilt he would feel if this happened, or did he want it to happen? Whatever the case was Woojin realized he had to live he couldn't give up on himself he had to be here for a reason. He looked back at this moment a lot wondering if he had made the right choice. Sometimes he regretted not ending everything but he knew deep down that he had so much to live for, he had to live.

Jihoon sat at the lunch table staring at his food. He hadn't ate much in days, he wasn't hungry. He suddenly and stood up heading towards the bathroom.
Jihoon needed fresh air his head was killing him and his brain felt so clouded. He walked through campus looking around and trying to clear his mind when he heard a familiar voice.
"Get away from me!"
Only one person came to mind, Woojin.
Jihoon turned to corner to see Woojin pinned against a brick wall by the tall black haired male from weeks ago.
"Oh calm down Woojin, it's just me...don't you remember me?" The male said in a eerie tone.
"No way...how did you....why are you.." Woojin said his voice going weak and his eyes widening in fear.
"Now you remember me, you must also remember what I'm capable of then..." The male spoke again a smirk appearing on his face.
"W...what do you want?" Woojin said.
"Perhaps...revenge?" The male said his smirk growing into a grin.
"Revenge? You psychopath! What did I do?!" Woojin said a mix of anger and fear showing on his face.
"YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID!" The male said slamming Woojin against the wall causing him to wince in pain.
Jihoon felt anger rise inside of him and before he knew if he had pushed the male away from Woojin.
"You...I thought I said to stay away from him.....didn't you get my warning?!" The male said his teeth gritted in rage.
"I don't care about your stupid warning anymore...Do whatever you want but if you so much as lay a finger on Woojin I will kill you.." Jihoon said his voice sounded deep and serious.
The male seemed taken aback by this but only for a second before he spoke again, "you think I'm scared of you?"
"You wanna test it? I don't care if you think your stronger than me because your tall and all that crap but I will break you.." Jihoon said glaring at the male.
"Oh we'll just have to see about that won't we?" The male said a smirk appearing back on his face as he stepped closer to Jihoon. "Unfortunately...I cant do this now...too many people around who could see...but I'd watch your back if I were you." The male said before walking away.
Jihoon turned to see Woojin crumple into a ball against the wall he was shaking.
"Woojin..." Jihoon said as he kneeled down placing his hand on Woojins shoulder.
"He...he...told you to not be around me?...he..hurt Daehwi?..I...I..." Woojin said as he struggled to breathe.
Jihoon pulled him into a hug letting him listen to his breathing to calm down.
"T..this..is...my fault...oh...god..." Woojin said slightly muffled.
"This isn't your fault, I shouldn't have let him have that power over me. I shouldn't have let him hurt you..." Jihoon said still holding Woojin.
"I'm...I'm..so...sorry.." Woojin said.
"No, I'm sorry Woojin. I shouldn't have left you like that, I promised I wouldn't." Jihoon said.
"Was any of it true?" Woojin said slowly calming down.
"What?" Jihoon said.
"What you said...was any of it true? Were you tired of me?" Woojin asked pulling away from Jihoon for a moment.
"No...I could never be tired of you Woojin. I missed you every second of the day I couldn't even think straight, I literally failed three tests." Jihoon said a small smile appearing on his face.
"I missed you too Jihoon. Also you failed those test cause your dumb not because of me." Woojin said with a small giggle.
Jihoon pulled him back into a hug practically squeezing him to death.
"I don't ever want to lose you like that again." Jihoon said slightly muffled.
"Me either...me either..." Woojin said.
"I won't ever let some crazy psycho push me away from you again ok? No matter the risk your more important." Jihoon said still hugging Woojin tightly, "you know your important to me right?"
"I know hoonie...I know..."
