Huntress hums her tune as she looks around the area through the fog, noticing the enclosed space and the smell and that signature smell.

She sighs, realizing she is in the hospital. Which will make killing the other survivors... difficult.

These survivors are none other than Ash, Bill, Ace, and of course, Dwight, who start in various places in the hospital.

Each came prepared with various tools, but the Huntress too came prepared. Bringing in an offering, an Ebony Mori to get the job done quickly.

She has plans for when Dwight is the only one left...

Bill immediately begins to work on a generator with Ace, who, upon hearing the hum of the Huntress, books it, leaving Bill to follow behind, only to be caught by a hatchet that downs him.

The Huntress sneers, thoughts of Dwight fill her mind as she approaches Bill, stopping at a locker to gain a new throwing ax, only having one due to her add on. She lifts Bill, who struggles before being put on a hook. The Huntress then dashes through the halls to find her next victim, hearing the sound of a powdered generator. Bill makes eye contact with Ace, who, being the bastardly coward he is, leaves him due to fear of being caught himself.

Meanwhile Meg sneaks into a locker as the humming draws near, only for the Huntress to notice her catch her, humming eagerly now as she walks the struggling woman to a hook. Even with her boundless energy, Meg cannot escape her grasp.

Ace continues to avoid detection, ignoring generators entirely and waiting for the hatch in a selfish attempt to escape himself.

Dwight, meanwhile, saves Bill from the book as Bill explains, "Dwight it's her! It's Huntress!"

"Look just because we talked once doesn't mean it'll happen again she's still attacking you," Dwight explains, "How many generators left?"

"Two," Bill explains, "Now we have to find Meg before-"

There is a scream as Meg escapes the hook only for the Huntress to kill her by her own hands. She hums, excited now, as she approaches Bill and Dwight, humming all the way, only to see the two talking, and decides to listen, almost childish in a way, eager to hear what Dwight thinks of her.

"Look kid she's running a Mori," Bill explains, "If it gets us closer to getting out, then getting killed like that at least won't feed The Entity. It's for the greater good."

"Look she's not a bad person but... I'm not gonna have you endure that," Dwight explains, "You're my best friend Bill, and I'm making sure you get out, OK? Where's Ace?"

"Fucking coward is hiding," Bill replies, "I say let him get hooked so-"

Dwight's resolve returns and he slaps Bill, "Dammit Bill what part of no man left behind don't you understand? I don't care if he's being a dick he's still our ally! Don't get me wrong I hate Ace but by virtue of human life we have to at least try to get him out of those gates! Now go handle a gen! I'll find Ace!"

Bill nods and the two split, the resolve that once appeared within Dwight awakened once more, but Huntress, humming a more distressed tune goes to find Ace, enraged Ace would dare offend the kind man who saw her as Anna, who took the time to speak to her...

Ace hears the humming approach and begins to flee, only for Huntress to break into a sprint, crying out, "You mean to Dwight!"

Ace, afraid, begins to run, only to be hit by a flying hatchet and put on a hook as another generator is completed.

The second the Huntress goes to find Bill as Dwight helps Ace, growling, "You're a real dick you know that?"

"Dwight?" He asks, "Do... Do you know her?"
