Chapter 2

I walked away from him and stood back outside the classroom waiting for the teacher to come out. 

"Remy come on" He groaned. 

"I don't think so, I'm not messing with the school player" I replied. 

"That hurt Remy right here" He sadly said pointing to his heart but he was just messing around trying to make me feel sorry for him. The door opened and out came the teacher. 

"Remy I know you are new to the school but that is no excuse to be messing around you could've hurt someone" He told me.

"I weren't the one who did the explosion now was I?" I answered back.

"There is also no answering back at this school!" He continued. I noticed Joey behind him pulling funny faces causing me to laugh out loud.

"You know what you and your in mature behaviour  just got yourself an hour's worth of detention and as for you Joey you got one to didn't you think about the mirror on the locker here I can see you" I began to smirk again as Joey frowned. The teacher escorted us back into the classroom where he carried on with the lesson. 

"Whenever you are up for some fun just let me know" Joey smirked next to me. 

"No thanks" I mumbled.

Soon after what seemed ages the lesson finally came to an end. I collected all my belongings and made my way to the door. 

"You forgot this" Someone told me as they tapped me on the shoulder. 

"Thanks" I turned around to be met with the most gorgeous eyes ever. 

"No problem, Ethan and you are Remy" He said looking at my paper with my name doodled across it. 

"That's me" I smiled at him.

"Do you want to join me for lunch today?" He asked.

"Yeah considering that I don't have any friends here then that would be good thanks" I replied. 

"What lesson do you have next?" He continued the conversation as we walked.

"Drama" I grinned.

"Me too" He winked. We strolled down the corridors as we came across the drama studio. He seemed really nice and interesting. We took a seat at the back where the chairs where. 

"Okay we have a new student here which is Remy" Her eyes scanned across the class looking for me as I put up my hand. 

"Welcome to my class"

"Thank you" I replied. 

"Today class we will be studying Romeo and Juliet and soon I will put you lot into pairs to work on a big project with" She grinned clapping her hands like a deformed seal. 

Everyone else in the class groaned as she continued. I scanned the room until my eyes came in contact with someone else's, Joey, great he was in my class, note the sarcasm. 

"Okay class I want you lot to get in pairs and make a scene where the two of you are fighting to be together but you can't because of your parents, this will work better boy and girl of course so choose quickly or I will"

"Wanna be my partner" Ethan winked at me.

"Of course gorgeous" I returned the wink. We moved around the room looking for a spot to work in. Ethan was good looking but he wasn't no Joey, wait did I really just say that? Let me rephrase that. Joey was good looking but not gorgeous or anything special.

We carried on working through our piece we came up with until miss called us back. 

"Okay class I want pairs to perform so if I pick you just do it, first is Lizzie and Joey"

"But miss we didn't really get enough time" Lizzie complained.

"You had plenty of time, it look like you knew what you were doing as you didn't stop kissing" The teacher smirked. 

They got up and walked in front of the class.

"Joey I told you we can't be together my parents don't approve of you!" Lizzie's high pitched voice rang through the hall making me cringe. 

"But we are meant to be, who cares what our parents think!" Joey shouted.

"Joey what we going to do?"

"I don't know how about we run away together?"

"Are you serious Joey, where would we go?"

"Some place that no one will find us, it will be just you and me Remy" Wait what? I froze, I had only known him a day and now he was saying my name, it was like when Ross say's Rachel instead of Emily. This couldn't be happening.
