Its...Complicated

   Beatrix ran to her room and slammed the door shut. "Beatrix Get back here!" Her father yelled. He pounded on the door "Beatrix open the (dang) door now!" he hollered. Beatrix was sobbing in the corner of her room, horrified. She just saw him knock her mom out. She had to get out. "Beatrix Marie!" Her dad hollered. she opened her window and grabbed her phone. she jumped out the window and onto the tree in front of it. She dialed 911. "Yes? H-Hello. My dad knocked my mom ou- he punched her i locked my door and went out the window- Im stuck in a tree and he's pounding on the door" She said fast then gave them her address. She screamed as he unlocked her door and looked around. She climbed higher as the Sirens got closer. She watched the police arrest him. The officer looked out the window, "Sweetie, its safe. can you come here?" He asked, She slowly climbed down to him. He stuck his hand out to her. she grabbed his hand and he pulled her through the window.
