Quill's P.O.V
I was lying down on the couch, listening to music. I purposely made it look like I fell aslsep listening to music. I felt Y/N lay ontop of me. I knew why. She always did this when she couldnt sleep and if I wasn't awake, then she would always lay ontop of me, bury her head into my chest, and fall asleep to my heartbeat. And if I was awake, then I would gently stroke her hair when she laid ontop of me, and kiss her forehead.

This night was diffrent. This night I could hear her heartbeat increase. I slowly looked up at her. I could tell that she felt nervous about something. "Is something wrong, baby?" I asked her. My voice was a little raspy from waking up a minute ago since I actually fell asleep. "N-no..." Y/N said, stuttering. I gently stroke her hair as her head rested on my chest, her right ear facing my chest, listening to my heart beat and feeling my chest move up and down.

While the other ear faced the wall. I could see that Y/N was blushing from me calling her "baby" even though I've always called her that. "I can tell your nervous, ya know." I said. Y/N sighed. She slowly faced her head to look up at me. "Theres something I've always wanted to do, but I don't know if you'll like it or not..." Y/N said. I smirked, chuckled, and caressed her right cheek with the back of my hand. She blushed and slightly moved from the touch of the back of my hand touching her cheek.

"If I'm catching your drift. The answer is that I would like it." I said, winking at her. Y/N giggled and kissed me. I kissed back, wrapping and pulling her closer.

I kissed her hair and closed my eyes, still stroking her hair. "Goodnight, Petey~" Y/N said. I blushed when she called me that. "Goodnight, my little baby star." I said before falling asleep.
