🎵Mr. Blue Sky🎵

Quick note: Apologies for not updating, I was distracted by school. The school year's almost finished, though, so I'll start updating this book again! I also would like to apologize if the writing isn't as good as before, I'm also working on another, more serious toned book, so if the writing isn't the same as how I wrote it before, that's why! Quill's P.O.V

We had just got back from another mission. We were so exhausted! I laid down on the couch and put on some music. Y/N sat next to me as Mr. Blue Sky started playing. Y/N smiled softly as she rested her head against my chest like she always did. Y/N giggled softly as she closed her eyes, listening to my heart beating. "Hey, what song are you listening to?" Y/N asked, looking up at me with genuine curiosity. I smiled softly and responded, "It's Mr. Blue Sky. One of my our songs." Y/N then giggled and nuzzled up to me, sighing happily. I wrapped my arms around her as I gently hummed along to the lyrics of the song. 

After about 15 minutes of listening to music, I looked down to check on Y/N. I chuckled softly as she was asleep. Her beautiful hair covering her face and her hand resting on my chest. She looked so cute when she slept. I gently moved the hair away from her face as I slowly sat up, trying not to disturb her sleep. I took off my boots, then got up and gently placed her in my arms. Walking to our room, I couldn't help but smile at her beauty. I walked into the bedroom, gently laying her down on the bed. I tucked some hair behind her ear and planted a soft, gentle kiss on her forehead before laying down beside her. 

I gently moved her head back against my chest, placing her hand right below my chest. I sighed happily as I heard her snoring. I felt at home. I WAS at home. Right now, it was just me and Y/N. Best part is, this was our last mission for a while. A soft blush tugged at my cheeks as I started thinking about date ideas for the two of us. I started trying to remember details such as Y/Ns favorite flowers, their favorite hobbies, everything important to me about them. Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep as well. 

Y/N's pov

I woke up after... How long was I asleep for? It seemed I had been asleep for a few hours. I looked up, and a soft smile appeared on my face as I saw Peter asleep. I blushed when I noticed his hand was wrapped around my waist. Slowly lifting my head up, my placed my hand on the side of his face, kissing his soft lips. 'Wakey wakey, Petey~" I giggled softly as I gently booped his nose. Peter groaned and opened his eyes just enough to see me. "Heya, pumpkin" Peter said, smiling softly as he kissed my forehead. I blush and giggle, kissing his lips again. Peter kissed back and wrapped his arms around my waist. We both pulled away for air as Peter smiled even more. "Hey, wanna go on a date later?" He asked, a soft glow in his eyes like diamonds. I nod happily, my whole face lighting up. "Of course! I'd love that!" I reply, nuzzling his neck. Peter giggles and kisses my forehead, a wide, child like smile appearing on his lips. "Sweet!"
