Chapter 6

Adonis point of view

" No let me go Adonis! I'm about to beat her ass! She got life fucked up trying to hurt my baby! "

" I hope your baby die you stupid bitch!"

Leah yelled to Karma. And I frowned. Still trying to get Karma to calm down.

" Leah shut the fuck up! "

I yelled trying to get Karma to calm down. I picked her up and walked her to my room. Then locked the door.

" Let me out Adonis! I'm going to kill that hoe!"

" Calm down. Alright. "

She then started to pack a suitcase.

" Where you going? "

She didn't say anything. She just continue to pack with tears coming down her face.

I reached out and held her wrist but she pulled back.

" I brought a place."

I frowned. And stepped back.

" When did you do that? "

She rolled her eyes and continue to pack.

" Does it matter? I'm not staying here with her. I'm leaving."

I nodded my head and back away from her giving her some room. I couldn't make her stay with me.

" I'm not going to sit here and fuss with you. So do you. "

" Donny. I know your not mad at me. You let that bitch hit me! I'm out."

Karma point of view (2 months later)

" I'm so in love Karma. He's everything. "

James said to me as we sat in my apartment together.

" I'm happy for you James. That's nice. "

"Yeah. When's the last time you seen your baby's father? "

I let out a deep breath.

" It doesn't matter. I'm gonna be fine and take care of my kid myself."

" If you need anything mama call me okay. "

I smiled as I walked James out.

" I'm good. But if I do I will call you. See ya."

"Bye."

I closed the door and sat on the couch. The truth was I didn't wanna see Adonis. I was ignoring him to the max.

I heard a faint noise coming from my bed room. I walked in my room and seen nothing. Then I felt hands on my mouth.

" Shh!"

I become quit but I still tried to bite the persons hand. And I new I did when I heard him cuss.

" Fuck! "

The person yelled as he pushed me to the floor. I looked up and came face to face with Adonis.

I frowned and stood up. I slapped fire to this nigga face.

" Don't fucking push me! And don't be scaring me like that! "

" Why you been ignoring me? "

I folded my arms across my chest and sat on the edge of my bed.

" Because I'm not competing with her for your attention. Every time you come to the hospital with me she's always calling you and stuff."

" Look Karma , I have to be there for both of you. "

I rolled my eyes. Leah had him wrapped around her finger every since she came home from the hospital.

" I'm trying Karma. Damn! Fuck you want me to do?!"

" I want you to leave me the hell alone. I will be fine without you. "

He just looked at me and sat beside me on the bed.

" Karma no matter what you say I'm gonna always be here for my kid. "

I let a tear roll down my face. Then he slid over and hugged me.

"Donny I can't compete with her she has your heart. She is everything to you. She knows how to manipulate you Donny. "

I seen him gritted his teeth together. And shake his head.

" She doesn't have my heart anymore Karma. And she damn sure ain't my everything. I Just want to be there for both of you. "

I pushed him away and stood up. I wiped the tears away. I wasn't gonna cry over no nigga who ain't mine.

" Whatever just leave. "

He stood up over me with a frown on his face. And nodded his head as he walked out.

I let out a deep breath that I didn't know I was holding.

How could I feel some type of way over a nigga who ain't mine?
