After her examination, Ivy thought she had lost it all, she didn't feel the vibes of a successful exam unlike the way her other classmates felt. Amanda, Amenze and Ifeoma her best friends tried talking to her so as to uplift her mood but she remained adamant about her feelings but here she was today staring directly at her admission letter with the words inscribed

"Dear Ivy Ehimwenma Idemudia you have been offered provisional admission into the University of Benin into a 6years program study of your preferred course......."

She had made it into the prestigious University of Benin, the school she had always admired from afar to study her desired course in "Optometry", she had finally made her parents proud, with heart filled with joy she ran down to her mother's shop at Textile Mill road Junction along Benin express way to fill her on the good news this afternoon. Mrs Iyekoetin Mabel Idemudia, a self_employed business woman was shocked to see her daughter in her shop at this time of the day when she was supposed to be at her Make_up training centre she asked in a worried tone
