Bad News

JOHN'S POV

I was awoken by my telephone ringing in my living room.
I pushed the covers off my body and lazily truged down the stairs.

Who the hell would be ringing at this hour??

I picked up the telephone from the reciever and answered.

"Hello?"
"Hello is this Mr Deacon"
"Speaking"
"Sorry to wake you I am a doctor curently looking after your mother as she  has been rushed into hospital as she has suffered from a heart attack, she is stable at the moment you should be able to visit her tomorrow if you like or should I say today visiting hours are open at 11am"

"Oh thank you very much for telling me, I will be up in the morning please let me know if anything happens sooner, bub-bye"

I put the phone down on the reciever and slid down the wall with my head in my hands.I hope she is ok?. I hope see isn't alone?. I hope she isn't going to die.
BRIANS POV
I put the phone down after speaking to john

Fred: " Everything ok darling is John coming to rehearsal today?"

Brian: "I'm afraid not, John recieved a call from the hospital in the early hours of this morning his mum had suffered from a heart attack so he is going to take the day off and visit his mum"

Fred:" Oh no hopefully everything goes well"

Roger: " Poor deaky"

Brian:" He said he might pop in later if he has time"

JOHNS POV
I got home after a long day at the hospital, she seems to be doing ok the doctor advised that she try not to move around to much and put too much strain on the heart.

I made my way over to the telephone a rang the studio to see if the boy's were still there.

"Hello"

"Hello Roger, are you all still at the studio was going to swing by and see if you all wanted to get a drink"

"Yeah all still here rocking away, yeah sounds good see you soon"

I arrived at the studio, and was engulfed by a big group hug which seemed to last forever.

John: " Ok,you can all let go now before you squish me to death"

All three giggled and let go of john.

Brian:" How's your mum john?"

John: " Ok, she just needs to take it easy for a couple of days"

Roger: " Well that sounds promising"

Fred: " Im glad she is doing ok". Freddie rested his hand on johns shoulder and gave it a little squeeze before letting go.

John: " Shall we go out a for a few drinks then?"

JOHNS POV

John:"What would you all like to drink"
Roger and Brian wanted a beer and freddie wanted a gin a tonic.

I handed them all their drinks.
John: " I will be back in a minute just going to pop outside for some fresh air"

I took my beer outside and asked for a cigarette off a stranger.

"Since when did you smoke darling?"

I jumped out off my skin. " Fred  you scared the hell out off me, do you like scaring me"

Fred: "No I just like sneaking up on you my darling" fred winked.

John:" Sorry I couldn't come to practice today fred, I know we needed to get some practice done"

Fred:" Oh, dear don't you worry about  that your mother's health is more important"

I took the last drag of my cigarette and hugged freddie. I felt him tense into the hug, but slowly felt his body relax into me.

John:" Thank you freddie for understanding and all the rest of the boy's" John whispered.

Fred:" No need to thank me darling, your family now"

John:" I just feel so lonely, after veronica cheated on me I just feel so worthless like I don't belong to anybody. I feel that all people see is a joke and someone they can use, and I will never find anybody that fully understands me"

Fred:" Oh darling". Freddie pulled john tighter into his body." You are not a joke you are the most wonderful person I know, and anyone who ever see's you like that is not worth your time and needs to look at themselves because how can they not see that you are so wonderful"

Fred: " Come on lets get you home"
