"Hey,how are you doing?"I asked Nomi as I usually call Naomi."Did u seen my text yesterday night? I asked her."which text?"she asked back looking confused."Oh Lord don't tell me you were sleeping around 8pm bcuz I sent you a text around that time."I said to her before she checked her phone and saw it."ooooohhhhh sorry was charging my phone at that time and I also silenced it so I didn't see it."she said. " Uhm sure y not afterall we are more buddies so I don't have much of a choice but i have to check my schedule and get back to you. Anyway let's go to class now, you know how Mr Fredrick behaves whenever his students are late to class."she said finally.
We got to class 10 minutes earlier and read our notes one last time before the test. A few hours later we checked out of the class after the lectures of the day and began gisting to the extent we forgot all about Linda.
