My sister Ellie had just gotten excepted onto the ALDC dance team: season 8. Abby said it was ok that I go with them, even though I wasn't on the team, and practice some dancing in studio B while the group practices their dance in studio A.
We get there and I see a lot of girls my age, plus one (cute) boy. I watch everyone as they learn who has solo's or duets/trio's. Ellie, my sister, got a duet with Lilly, and the cute guy got a duet with a tall girl.
I watch them, wishing I was good enough to even try out for this team, and the moms come up.
"Oh hi!" Says one of the moms w/ blonde hair. "Why aren't you down there with everyone else?"
"I-I'm not on the team." I say, a bit shyly.
"Oh! Well no worries." She smiles. "I'm Hannah's mom. She's the one doing the duet with the boy, Brady."
So Brady's his name....
"Y/n! Go ahead in studio B!" I hear my mom yell.
"Sorry, I've got to go. It was nice meeting you." I say and I go into studio B.
