Heh. So here is the story:
Billy was a mean kid, and when he grew up he murdered his best friend. He went to jail for this and broke his neck trying to escape. Billy was awarded the new name "Breakneck Billy" which then evolved to just "Breakneck." Breakneck survived the injury and went insane from the pain. He sowed his mouth shut and now can't talk or eat. He is constantly slobbering from hunger but will never die from it. He also can't sleep from the insanity. Breakneck was put into a dark cell that was isolated to live out the rest of his days.
