I Loved You
By Ducky

Two she-cats padded through the forest, purring loudly at each other as they shared stories. They stopped, and the black and white she-cat nuzzled and rubbed against the white she-cat, "I love you, Crystal." She purred.
Crystal purred too, "I love you too, Daisy."
"I should get home now." Daisy chuckled, stepping back.
Crystal nodded, "Wanna hunt together again later? Around Moonrise?" She asked.
"Of course! See you then!" Daisy touched noses and ran off.
.:A few hours later:.
Crystal was sitting by the large oak tree near Daisy's home where they always met. The moon was about to rise. Daisy was late. Crystal waited an hour before sighing, "Where is she?"
She padded off to find her mate. She didn't walk too far before seeing her mate, Daisy, cuddling with another she-cat. Her eyes widened,
"D-Daisy?!"
Daisy whipped around to face her in surprise, "C-Crystal!" The other she-cat turned to look.
"Who's this?" Crystal asked in a murmur.
"N-Nobody.." Daisy was frozen.
"I'm Angel." The she-cat mewed.
"Angel." Crystal echoed in disgust, "Seriously? We were supposed to be hunting together..is this Angel supposed to be more important than me?"
"Crystal..I can explain." Daisy began.
"No, I don't want to hear it. You said you loved me!" Crystal interrupted with a snarl.
"I do,-"
"No, you don't."
With a hiss, she stalked away. Angel looked at Daisy, sympathy in her gaze. Daisy looked at Angel, her eyes wide.
"You don't mind if I..?" Daisy asked, and Angel shook her head. Daisy ran off after Crystal. She found her mate on a fence, washing her sleek white fur.
"Crystal!" She called.
Crystal stood up quickly, fur bristling. Hissing, she growled, "Who are you?"
Daisy frowned, "Crystal..? It's me, Daisy.."
Crystal still remained hostile, "Never heard of you."
"What's going on, Crystal?"
A dark ginger she-cat stepped out. She had dark tan ears and belly fur, a missing eye and a turquoise collar.
"Nothing, Maple. Just some stranger." Crystal flicked her tail dismissively.
Daisy looked heartbroken.
"Now, get out of her before I send you off without a pelt." Crystal hissed.
"Crystal, please.." She whispered. Crystal let out a yowl and leapt for the fence, into Daisy, sending her flying. Crystal leapt again, pinning Daisy. Daisy hissed, kicking her off.
"Crystal, I don't want to fight you!"
Crystal seemed to ignore Daisy as she bit on Daisy's shoulder, hard. Daisy let out a yowl of pain, kicking her into the fence. Crystal went limp, dazed. Daisy sniffed at Crystal.
"Crystal..?" She murmured. She yelped as she was dragged back, and teeth sank into her throat. Her body was flung, and she could faintly see Maple glaring at her before turning to Crystal. She put Crystal on her back and leapt onto the fence, glaring at Daisy again before disappearing. Daisy felt weaker by the moment, and heard a familiar voice calling out to her. It was Angel. Daisy was already falling dead by the time Angel saw her. She had a few moments to touch noses, and whisper, "I love you, Angel.." Before falling dead.
Angel buried her nose into Daisy's fur, crying. A calico kitten stumbled forward, looking up at Angel with a confused, innocent look. Angel nuzzled her kitten.
"Daisy would of been a good mom to you..I'll be a good mom too, I swear." She mewed to the kitten, "I swear."
