I peaked through the window, praying the rain would stop soon. It had poured down for days, and I didn't know if I could take it anymore. My heart was aching from all the pain. The rain didn't make it any better. Mom tried to convince me to get some fresh air, however my bed was comforting me way better than mom ever could.
I layed back down, played Fake Your Death, which in these last couple of months has been my life's soundtrack.
I choose defeat,
I walk away,
And leave this place
The same todayA teardrop fell down my face as a small strip of sunlight found it's way through the blinds. After so much darkness I thought it would be nice with a little sunshine again. But I couldn't be more wrong. As I peaked through the window once more, a big rainbow appeared. A reminder of how beautiful life should be. Even though I knew the colours were there, the only colours I saw was black. Is this how life is to me now?
Or is it more Beyond the Black Rainbow?
