The elements have been around since the creation of the Earth. Throughout the years, their gifts are passed down generation to generation. They hold the power to control one of the four elements (air, fire, earth and water) but it comes at a price. Those who are given one of these abilities have no control over them. They lose their social lives and live only to keep peace.
Element: Air
Name: Rachel Smith
Personality: outgoing, stubborn, flirty, has shy moments, air headed
Likes: open areas, cool temperatures, parties, drinking (much to her brother's dismay)
Dislikes: her element, fire, extreme heat and cold, tight and overcrowded spaces
Backstory: Rachel is Victors twin. Before she was gifted the ability to control the air around her, She was constantly in trouble at her school much to the dismay of her parents. She enjoyed going to parties and having a good time instead of working on her school work. Now she avoids parties and closed spaces in fear of wrecking them. She does not have control of the element at all

Name: Victor Smith
Personality: has a temper, hot headed, protective of those close to him and cares about, a big softy for animals
Likes: the heat, warmth, sunlight, reading, animals, electricity
Dislikes: the cold, water, snow, the beach
Backstory: Victor is the twin of Rachel. Before he was gifted the ability to control and create fire, he was an honor roll student who was known to be a book nerd. He was the type of person to walk down the hall with his nose in a book. Now he reads when he has time though he is afraid of catching his books on fire by accident. Victor has his element mostly in control unlike his twin sister

Name: Lizzy Burrs
Personality: goes with the flow, easy going, happy, childish, prankster
Likes: pranks, water, the cold, dancing and singing
Dislikes: the heat, people getting hurt, anger and anything violent
Backstory: Lizzy is an only child who is homeschooled. Before she was gifted the power to control water, she often finished her schooling in the mornings. In the afternoons she would go take dance lessons or go out for hikes. Now she stays close to the water focusing entirely on mastering the element though when her parents tell her to do her school work, she does it right away

Name: Sam Lambert
Personality: hard headed, stubborn, never thinks things through, acts tough but is a big softy, full of himself
Likes: rock climbing, mud, dirt, working out, dogs
Dislikes: heights, cats, cleaning, being productive, losing
Backstory: Sam is the youngest of 3 kids. He has two other brothers names Joe and Alex. Sam spent his time after school wrestling or boxing. He's always been extremely competitive with his brothers. Now he had gotten into rock climbing and constantly gloats to his brothers about his element.

Scenario 1: The holders of the elements have gone into hiding. War has broken out throughout the world. Governments are hunting down the four in hopes of getting them on their side. Little does everyone know, not a single one of them have control over the element. Your oc happened to stumble upon Rachel one day as she fell from the sky by accident
Scenario 2: The holder for water or Earth has passed away unexpectedly during a fight in the war. Now the race is on to find the person who got the gift. Victor is walking down an alleyway after a lead he got. He was too focused on finding that person that he failed to notice the person infront of him. Victor walks right into your oc and says, "I am so sorry. I really should watch where I'm walking"
Scenario 3: The world did not know yet but the fire elemental had died. Those who knew where sworn to secrecy in order to capture the new fire elemental before they could find the rest. The only problem was that no one knew who the new elemental would be. Late one night, your oc was walking and heard a person crying up in a tall tree. It was the air elemental as there was a small twister forming besides her as she cried...
