In the Year of the Snake, a cute baby boy was born, and his name is Fred. He is a product of a broken family and lived with his mother. His mother raised him strong as a metal with a mamon heart. When Fred grew up he is very athletic and hardworking young man. Used to play volleyball but he suddenly quits because he knew that it is not the sport that is meant for him. Later, he found a new sport which is dragon boat. Fred really prospers in Dragon Boat Team and learned the real meaning of the word "Team". Now, they won 2 gold medals and 3 bronze medals.
Fred continued his journey in Dragon Boat. As the time goes by, he gets many medals with his team and traveled many places and countries around the world. He didn't go to college, but he finished Philippine Military Academy (PMA). A great man that captured all wanted people and all drug syndicate; Guko, Saitama, and Perry the Platypus, that's why he got promoted as a colonel.
