Karin studied Hinata at work for weeks taking in her new found habits and tastes. Being a sensor Ninja Karin can sense the odd chakra she felt from hinata. Ameno and Sakura brushed off the redheads suspicion thinking she was still just jealous that Sasuke and Hinata were together despite Karin claiming that she was only worried for Sasuke's safety not wanting Hinata to make Sasuke's sick if she was sick. she fiddled with her glasses as she watched her not to walk from patient room to patients room. Her movement seemed more sluggish and she seems to take more breaks than normal. Ameno rolled her eyes, "if you think something's wrong why don't you just go ask her... Hinata Chan is a very honest person. I don't think anything is wrong she's probably just trying to get back in the rhythm of working after being out of work for so long. She went through a scary event... I can't blame her for being alittle off, who knows what that creep did to her." Karin glanced at the brunette before giving Hinata a wave and friendly smile. "Hina! Let's do lunch while it's slow." Hinata gave a small smile agreed not wanting to be rude.

They walked to the cafeteria Ameno wondering if she should follow just to keep Karin in line but still had much work to do and left it be for now. Karin started with small talk talking about how much she liked living in leaf village and her work. They got their food and the red head noticed her colleague barely touched her food only picking at it slightly making Karin lean on the table slightly. "No appetite? I I noticed you haven't been eating right and I saw you rush to the bathroom the other day... did you catch something while working around all these sick people? I don't want Sasuke get-." Karin cut herself off in rush to the nearest bathroom to throw up. Hinata followed after her slightly worried and held her hair as she puked up what food she ate. "I'm not sick no need to worry but you might be. You've been dealing with the sick more than I have lately... You might need to get a check up to see if you need to go home. You don't need to make anyone else sick." "I'm fine... I just ate something weird it didn't smell right I don't know why I thought I should eat it..." Karin claimed but the Hyuga's newfound bold and stubborn personality made Karin get a checkup anyway at least by Hinata and she promised she wouldn't leak any information that she discovered in case it was something serious. Hinata's all seeing eyes to look for a virus or some form of poison but when she looked at Karin stomach her mouth fell open so I lie I like to have the redhead cover her mouth so she wouldn't say anything. "I know... I could sense it... It's disgusting... It's my chakra and Suigetsu chakra mixed together... I want to throw up again just thinking about it I'm only a week-long or so." Hinata grabbed her hand in a comforting manner. "You don't want the baby?" "It doesn't matter if I want it or not... This is my stupid mistake it's my fault and I'm going to make up for it." The red head claimed making the dark blue haired girl nod she wasn't sure if that meant she was going to keep the baby or get an abortion but it was none of her business. She couldn't imagine how scared she was especially since her and Suigetsu weren't in a stable relationship by any means. "Sasuke and I are expecting too. Um... I'm further along than you are but I'm not showing it I'm also in the second trimester i haven't told anyone other then my family and Sasuke. You're probably sensing the baby..." Karin stared at her she wasn't sure why she was so stupid and didn't think about Hinata being pregnant it all makes sense. The red headed Uzumaki squealed and hugged her. Hinata hugged her back awkwardly unsure what came over her. "I won't tell anyone." Karin claimed as she pulled away let's get back to work." Hinata gave a nod of agreement. before they went back to work

Sasuke had adjusted well in the short weeks he had been working as a police officer in the military. It was somewhat boring at the moment doing desk work, catching a few thefts and other petty criminals but with the village being at peace for now there was little to do. Part of him enjoyed it the other part knew it wouldn't last knowing evil would rise again. The village had to be ready evil striked once more. Sasuke enjoyed his patrols seeing the village for what it was can the fresh air he received. he saw children running around knowing in the near future that would soon be his children laughing and playing. He hoped they would be twice as happy as the kids he saw. "Hey Sasuke." Suigetsu approached with a nonchalant tone and lazy grin. "Suigetsu..." Sasuke replied didn't notice the bags in his hands. "You shouldn't need the village so suddenly it will look suspicious..." "I already talked to the Hokage don't worry about it I'm just going to go visit I am village for a little while it's been forever since I've been there might as well see how it's coming along. I'll be back soon. Karin has been more of a moody bitch lately I think we need time apart." The Uchiha held back a sigh knowing if it's suigetsu was leaving and not taking Karin with him that Karin would be more annoying not having a distraction and he didn't need her stressing his wife out especially right now. Suigetsu gave a wave and left for the hidden water village. Sasuke continued his work as usual then started heading home at sundown knowing her not to it was already at home cooking most likely.
