After Hope's violent birth Klaus wanted to protect his daughter so he convince the world in her dead and decide to send her away with her aunt Rebekah. Taking this decision and letting Hayley to say goodbye to their babygirl, he takes her and go to meet Rebekah.
He waits for her with Hope in his arms at the end of the town. When she come.
Rebekah gets out of her car and goes to him.
Klaus: Hello sister! - he said and looked at her
Rebekah: Hi Nik! - she responded back and looks at him and the little one.
Oh my god she is beautiful - she said with bright smile.
Klaus: Yes she is - he respond with a smiles.
Rebekah: What's her name? - she asked.
Klaus: Hope. - he said and looked at his sister. Her names is Hope.
Then he give Hope to Rebekah and she takes her in her arms.
Rebekah: I promise to take a good care of her. - she said to Klaus
Klaus: I know you will. - he looks down and tells her Go now
Rebekah looked at him nod and goes to the car and leave. Leaving Klaus there watching his sister leaving with his daughter.
One year later
Klaus was trying in the past half year to talk with Rebekah but he wasn't able to. But luckily he did.
He calls his sister and she picked.
Klaus: Rebekah where you've been , why you didn't answer me when I called the last hald year? - he asked a bit angry.
Rebekah: Look Nik I need to tell you something. - she told him
Klaus: First me. You can take Hope and come back.
Rebekah: Nik I won't come back. - she responded
Klaus: Okay then tell me where you are so I can come and take my daughter.
Rebekah: I won't. Hope is staying with me and we are not coming back.
Klaus: What did you said? - he asked angrier as never.
Rebekah: You heard me.
Klaus: You better kidding.
Rebekah: No - she said
He start to sah
Klaus: Come back Rebekah or....
But she interrupt him
Rebekah: Bye Nik - she said and hung up
Klaus screams and throws everything around and tries to call Rebekah but the phone was off. Meanwhile Rebekah makes a witch to do a cloaking spell so no one find her, takes Hope and goes to look for new place to leave with "her" daughter.
