Wes x Mari

WES's POV
I've been zoning out for the past hour of filming. We were all playing Maricraft today and even when anyone said anything funny, I just couldn't focus for the life of me. It's just, her. Mari. She's incredible, and I really just wanna be with her. But I'm just some childish giant to her, not like she'd ever want to be with me anyways.

JOVENS POV
Wes is zoning out again? Jeez man, this is getting absurd, I did the only thing logical.
"QUIT ZONING OUT WES!" I yelled while chucking a candy bar at his head.

MARIS POV
All of sudden I heard a loud, adorable scream that said "YAYYY I LOVE CANDY!!!!!" Yep, that was Wes. Everyone always acted as if he was just a big child, but I thought it was adorable. Watching Wes good around had a certain charm to it that people like Joven or Sohinki just didn't have for me. Granted, I love those two, they're my friends and my smosh fam, but Wes was... different.

We finished up the recording and I saw Wes happily eating a candy bar while sitting and talking with Flitz.
"Hey guys, I have an idea!" Joven announced, while getting up from his seat. "Remember the video we made of us making that pillow fort? Well let's do it again, but this time, we include the smosh games AND smosh squad room!"
Joven, many may call you crazy, but that's a great idea.
"Damien, you go convince the squad and Ian, since you're basically a part of the squad too."
Lasercorn said.
"I'll go get blankets and stuff!" Flitz shouted
Boze scurried right behind him and continued. Lasercorn and Joven went to go talk to Sohinki about getting food, leaving me and Wes just kinda sitting alone.
"They never use me for anything I wanna be useful!" He pouted. Gosh he's such a cutie.
"bb don't you worry, you are useful! We're gonna build this fort while they get everything." I said to him.
"Oh, well ok then. What should we do till then?" He said, expecting them to take a long time. I didn't even get to respond as Flitz walked in carrying blankets and pillows, and Boze followed with even more.
"Wes, can you help me out with hanging up these blankets?" Flitz said.
He excitedly jumped up and they started hanging blankets up towards the ceiling. He's so cute, I can't handle it. Me and Boze went to the squad room and started hanging up blankets with Keith and Noah, who were already half way done.
"So girl, you and Wes?" Boze said, knowing damn well what my response would be.
"Yes I like him, he's my big cutie and I can't wait to hug him and lay with him in this fort." I responded.
Noah and Keith laughed.
"What's so funny?" I said.
"We just didn't expect you to say it that easily." Noah said.
"Oh yeah? Well then you two come clean! What have you two been doing after work? Going out to dinner, alone, every night? Don't think I don't pay attention." I said smugly
Noah nervously blushed, and glanced at Keith.
"Uh- I... um. Fair point, so this fort huh?" Keith said, trying to cover up what I just exposed. Boze gave me a thumbs up and mouthed "you go girl, now go get that boy" and let me escape back to Wes. Boze shouldn't have hyped me up, because I had the confidence to tell Flitz that Keith and Noah needed help, leaving me and Wes alone once again. My heart was racing and I didn't know how long I'd be able to keep myself from telling Wes how I felt.

~Wes's POV~
Flitz told me he had to trade places with Mari and I was totally ok with that. I couldn't wait for some more alone time with her, but I know I'll only be able to small talk her.
"Hey Mari!" I said happily. I looked into her eyes and got lost, and all of a sudden time seemed to stop for me. I didn't hear anything but her. No Noah and Keith laughing in the other room, no sounds from the air conditioning, not even the sounds coming from outside. Only her. This felt like one of those "cliché, never gonna forget for the rest of your life moments". I hope she felt it too.

Guess I'll take my chances.
She couldn't even finish saying "Hi Wes" before I pressed my lips on hers. I pulled back quickly and awaited a response. She said nothing, because she was stunned. I slowly put my head down. "I'm sorry Mari." I muttered. I finally saw some movement, and felt her hands grab my hoodie and pull me down into another, this time longer and more passionate kiss.
"Don't apologize, that was the best random kiss I've ever had." She said, while giggling.
"So is now the part where I tell you how much I like you, and how I really want to be with you?" I said. She laughed at me and pulled me in for another kiss. "Yeah, and this is the part where I tell you how adorable you are ya big doof." She said, while ruffling my hair. I blushed and leaned in for another kiss.

~Flitz's POV~
Damn. It's about time!
