Sobbing that's all That was heard over the sounds of metal against skin. A girl sat there her (h/c) hair tangled and messy, she curled up into a ball as the man standing over her smacked her with the bat once more before bending down to her level. "Now then what have we learned today?" He asked stroking the girls small shaking figure. She choked out between sobs "l-listen to daddy" when she managed to get this out it came out shaky and quiet. The man smiled and continued stroking the girls (h/c) locks. "Good I got my point across..." He said his yellow eyes looking at the girl who was currently sniffling and rubbing her eyes. The smile remained on his face as he picked the girl up. She grabbed onto his shirt tightly hearing voices as the two neared the door. The mans chestnut hair swayed back into its normal position as he looked up his facial expression hardening. Two other men stood there in the room, one with black hair, the other with blonde. They were in the middle of a argument so they did not notice the other twos entrance. "Tino! Neil! Be quiet!" The man who was carrying the (h/c) headed girl growled at the two. They froze and turned to look at the man who had addressed them. "sorry.." the blonde one grumbled sitting down on a chair. "Thank you Neil.." the chestnut haired man said rubbing his temple with one hand, the girl in the other. "so you've punished her enough i presume.." the man with the black hair and bright yellow eyes asked glaring at the small figure in the others arms. The other golden eyed male nodded shifting the child in his arms. "Good i was starting to think you'd gone soft James..." The other male who had kept silent the whole time gaze landed on the sleeping form in his companions arms. The golden eyed man glanced down at the small figure in his arms and let out a small sigh "No i haven't gone soft Tino..." He sat down a old beat up couch, its denim fabric all torn and worn down. It was plain to see that the three males didn't have that big of a salary. The room they were sitting in was decorated with many old and broken things... but hey it was better than a box on the side of the road. The black haired man glanced around at the other two males that were sitting across from him. " So when is our next assignment?" There was a silence throughout the room as the one named Neil pulled out a cigarette and lit it placing it in his mouth. The chestnut haired male looked up at his yellow eyed companion beginning to answer his question. "It's tomorrow.... I've already packed the bags..." He glanced at the blonde male staring at the cigarette that rested on his lips. "Well what are we going to. There was a heavy silence once again until James asked what they were all thinking "So.... What are we going to do with the kid?"
