Another OC that I felt like of adding because WHY THE FRICKLE FRACKLE NOT!!!

Appearance: Has white hair that should reach to her waist but is tied up in two separate buns (plate) and the rest is out, has the appearance of pigtails with shoulder length hair. Forest green eyes. Fair skin yet her right hand is a bit swollen and red.
Personality: Energetic, bubbly, a bit oblivious but can know if someone is flirting (somehow)
Sexuality: Straight but is actually closet bisexual
Quirk: Age Gap - Can change her physical age into something else then her actual age, her preference would be her looking 18 years old. The disadvantage is that she can change her physical age to a certain gap, currently, the maximum is 40 years old and the minimum is of a 2 years old.
Likes: Sweets, ice cream (likes all flavors, somehow), Flower crowns, Akira Tsuboyaki (her older cousin), Looking/Acting much older.
Dislikes: The bullies that hurt Akira, Being catcalled, distractions, her older brother (Akihiko).

Bio: Naoya has an older twin brother named Akihiko, the only thing she could describe him is that he is a whiny baby brother that needs to shop being self-centered, which is why she does not talk to him much. She cares about Akira as he is quite insecure about himself and she always gives out an ear to him whenever he needs help. So far, she is the only person that knows that Akira likes the same gender as him and despite her age, she knows what the current term for "gay" is and other terms for different sexuality and she likes to think that she is straight, but she also felt like she might be bisexual instead. The reason why her right hand is a bit dis-formed was because she accidentally burned her hand in hot water when she was younger, no one knows the true cause but everyone likes to believe she burnt her hand when testing the temperature of a bath.
