A long Time ago The Blue Sparkle Cloud made The Magic Realm. Then the cloud made The Blue Sparkle Beings and made Magic World for all things magic to live. Also, The Blue Sparkle Cloud made Magic Rules for Earth and Magic Realm. After the Blue Sparkle Beings were made, the Beings put magic on Earth, their magic is not as powerful as the cloud but it worked because it was within the rules put by the Blue Sparkle Cloud. The Blue Sparkle Cloud and Blue Sparkle Beings are made of pure magic which is why they sparkle.
