Manik's POV:
It's seems like years I missed the peace that I am getting right now with my love in my arms.
How much I hate myself and my fate for making my love cry to sleep. When I woke a few hours before I realised where we both belong. Even she knows that she belongs to me and I belong to her. How stupid of me to think even for a second that we don't belong to each other.
I know it's not at all easy, but still I will not give up. I looked down to see my love, my Nandhini who is clutching my shirt in to her tight grip as if she loosen the grip I will disappear in thin air.
I placed a long assuring kiss on her forehead. May be the assurance is for me. I picked her up and gently placed her in her bed and left the place giving her a last final look.
"You are still here." I was stopped by Rishi bhai voice who came out off kitchen.
"Bhai I actually.." i can't tell him that I spent my night with his sister, not in that way though but still.
"Thanks" I looked at him with suprised look.
"After 5 days she is sleeping peacefully" with that he left the place. Now I am more confident and sure because she needed me as much I needed her. I left the place promising myself to take my bride soon.

"Where have you been" I heard my dad's voice when I entered my house. I looked at him to see his eyes glaring at me
"At Nandhini's" I said avoiding his glares. I started walking to my room.
"For god sake Manik, will you please stop going there and creating nuisances there. Don't forgot it's soon to be Maya's in law's house. It's really great of Rishab and Nandhini to accept the allainces after all the things that done by my so called mother, your mother and your oh so lovely finance. Don't create any more problem in Maya's life. I am warning you." My father vent out his angry on me, why not he loves Maya more than he loves me. Nandhini, do I have to say, the only thing that my father was proud off about my choice.
"What about me and Nandhini dad?"
"You should have thought about her before using such words, before breaking your engagement and before accepting to marry that girl of your mother's choice"
"It was her who broke the engagement"
"Really Mr. Malhotra, now you are blaming that poor girl."
"Bhai please let's stop it here. Manik you go."
"No, today noone is going to stop me. And you what do you think, what will she do, she will listen when you talk all rubbish about her, she will simply watch you beating her only family her elder brother and still marry a person like you. I don't understand one thing Manik, isn't it you who are so ready to Marry the girl of your mother choice that to on the same day." No one dared to stop dad. I wanted to scream and shout but I couldn't because I know dad is right
"Now hear my words Manik loud and clear, you destroyed her completely she loved you since she knows what love is and in return she got only heart break. Now just stay away from that girl, I am going to talk to Rishab about Arya--"
"STOP IT JUST STOP IT DAD"
"No one I repeat no one has the right to tell me to stay away from my Nandhini. Yes I admit I did lots of mistake and I am repenting for what ever I did. And stop calling her my mother. Will you" I shouted on top of my voice.
"Just be with me this time dad. I need you the most. Please. Just one chance dad. I cannot live without her. Please." With that my legs gave up. I am tried of all this taunts and I broke down in tears.
