Missing you

No ones Pov

It has been three weeks since he went out to get some fresh air. Percy, Annabeth's best friend and crush. Ever since he went out to get some air, he never come back. Before leaving, they had a fight. Maybe that's the reason he decided to leave. 

Flashback

It was 3 in the morning. Annabeth was furious because she saw Percy with Rachel and that made her blood boil. When he came back that morning, Annabeth lunged at him and they both fought. 

Percy thought that she was angry with him because he came late. But he had already told her that he I'll be late. Knowing that annabeth will always be the stubborn wise girl, he left her to clear his mind. 

He has loved her for a while now and he been hanging out with Rachel to avoid annabeth because he knew annabeth would never accept him. So he left. He decided to stay away for a while until annabeth calms down.

Flashback end

Percy left his hotel, the place he had been staying at for a while, and went to a park. He hated to admit it, but he missed Annabeth. He missed calling her his wise girl, he missed annoying her, he missed her presence. He wanted to go back and tell her that he loved her, but she probably hated him by now.

Annabeth on the other hand cried herself to sleep. She missed him. She wanted to apologize to him. It was 10 pm. She switched off the lights, switched on the AC and laid down on the bed. She soon felt her cheeks dampen and knew that she had been crying.

She closed her eyes......and started crying. She couldn't help it. Her apartment was scary and depressing without Percy. Soon, she heard the door opening to her apartment. 

She sat up, clearly confused at who it could be at this hour. She heard footsteps coming closer and someone opening her door. She quickly laid down and closed her eyes, praying that it's just her imagination. 

The bed sinked next to her indicating that someone was laying right next to her. She knew she shouldn't be afraid. The only person who has the other key to this apartment is her roommate......and Percy. But it can't be Percy. She believed that it was just her roommate.

But her roommate wasn't coming back until the next day. 

She widened her eyes at the thought and quickly turned around, with her blanket covering her whole body, from her toes to her nose, just to meet blue-green eyes. She felt scared all of sudden. 

When Percy left her, he had been shaking with anger. She thought that he would hit her for lunging at him that night. So she opened her mouth to scream, only to get it covered by his hand. 

Now, with one hand covering her mouth, he used his other hand to support his body and soon he was hovering on top of her. "If you scream, I'll run away again," he whispered softly. She was still in shock and didn't say anything.

He slowly removed his hand and used both of his arms to cage her. "Why did you come back?", Annabeth asked slowly. "Do you still want me gone?", Percy asked, completely ignoring her question. She shook her head and removed the blanket from her. She put her hands around Percy's neck and pulled him on top of her to hug him. No matter how angry he was, she was just relieved to see him safe and sound. But Percy didn't hug her back. She pulled away only to see a smile on his face.

"You missed me, didn't you?", he said, grinning. "The truth is, I left you because I thought you hated me. And I couldn't stay around you thinking it will only be a one-sided love." He blurted. Annabeth was clearly confused. She asked, "You love me?". He nodded, only to realize that he unintentionally confessed to her.

She smiled and told him everything, from how she started loving him, to apologizing to him for lunging at him. After that, there was an uncomfortable silence. Percy was staring deeply into her eyes and Annabeth couldn't figure out what was going on in his mind.

After a long silence, he opened his mouth to say something but closed it back again. Annabeth looked at him, clearly curious to know what he wanted to say. Percy shook his head and she pouted. Percy smiled at how cute she can get. "Tell me!", she whisper-shouted at him. Percy moved closer to her and there was only an inch or two before their lips meet.

"F**k it", he whispered, and before Annabeth could shout at him for cursing, he leaned down, tilted his head and captured her mouth with his lips. Annabeth didn't respond for a few moments, she was still shocked that he was in fact kissing her.

She thought that he was pitying her and pulled away. She wanted her first kiss to be special, out of love, but this was out of pity. Percy was confused. Didn't she love him?

"I don't need your pity! I just lost my first kiss out of pity! I wanted it to be special", Annabeth yelled, clearly angry. "Should I return it to you?", Percy cocked his head and continued, "I'm not pitying you, Anna Beth. I love you." He smiled and went back to kiss her.

This time she responded. He held her waist gently while she circled her arms around his neck. He pressed himself on top of her and tilted his head to gain more access. 

Their lips moved in perfect sync. Annabeth played with his locks while he kissed her passionately. They both wanted more of each other. He licked her lower lip and she gasped, he entered his tongue into her mouth and explored her hot cavern. The kiss was getting hotter and hotter. 

Annabeth was out of breath and soon she pulled away. Percy rested his forehead on top of hers and closed his eyes. He had been waiting for this. He soon heard her breathing getting even and opened his eyes to find her dozing off.

He grinned at how adorable she was. He removed his jacket because it was hot and laid down beside her. She opened her eyes because of the lack of warmth and pulled the blanket towards the both of them. Percy back hugged and buried his head in the crook of her neck and whispered, "I love you".

"I love you too, Percy". And they both dozed off.
