Ethan

While walking to the car I realise I forgot my jacket inside. I walked back inside to look for it. Jake and Eden get in the car and wait for me.

Once I'm inside, the overwhelming scent of alcohol and smoke bursts out on me again and I get a bit dizzy. I decide to stand still and close my eyes for a bit. A few seconds later, once the dizziness is gone, I walk further inside and dig my way through the dancing and mostly drunk crowd. The alcohol in their hands flies out of the cups and onto the ground, my outfit and my hair too. Once I reached the kitchen I tried to clean a few alcohol stains on my clothes off. The water makes a bigger stain so I stopped trying and turned around to leave the kitchen.

I recognise a few people from school standing at the stairs and decided to go and say hi.

"Hey Rebecca, what do you think of the party?"

'Oh, hey Ethan. It's good, I guess. A little too crowded for my taste but Jessie just had to drag me here because it "is going to be an amazing time". To be honest, I think I would've had a better time just staying at home and watching horrormovies with my friends.' She rolls her eyes and glares at Jessie.

I chuckle a bit. "I totally get your point. Eden and Jake basically forced me to come here and party with them because it will "decide how people will see us and talk to and about us for the rest of our carreer", which I think is total bullshit. But I guess I had some fun."
I shrug and sit down on the steps next to Rebecca and Jessie.

"I was actually going to leave with them right a second ago but I forgot my jacket somewhere inside the house. You wouldn't have seen it around, have you? It's a leather jacket with some paint splatters on the back."

Rebecca and Jessie look at each other. 'A leather jacket with red paint splatters on the back, huh? Yeah... I think I might've seen someone with it just a few minutes ago. I think he had brown hair and was dressed as a football player. Or maybe he just was a football player? Anyway, I think he went upstairs. Maybe check in the rooms up there?'

"Thank you so much, Rebecca! I owe you one", I say while giving her a hug.

While walking up the stairs I saw a few kids smoking weed in the corner of the hallway. They just kept on giggling and passing the blunt.

I knock on the first door to see if someone was inside. Nobody answered so I just opened the door and walked in. The room was dark and the lightswitch wasn't working so I used the flashlight on my phone to shine some light in the darkness.

The room looked really old and was a bit creepy. A few cobwebs hung from the ceiling and in the corners of the room. The closet was half open and a few old clothes were laying on the ground. They didn't look like anything I would wear, so i assumed they were from someone's grandparents or something like that.

The next room was more promising, because I saw a light shine from under the door. I went inside without knocking and saw 2 girls and a guy making out. They all stopped and yelled at me to get out. I quickly said sorry and closed the door behind me.

Still in shock I walked down the hallway, looking down at my feet.
All of a sudden I bumped into someone. I looked up to see who he was and saw a handsome guy with eyes  as black as the night sky and brown hair like chocolate.

'Watch where you're going, dude.', he snapped while looking down at me

"I'm so sorry! I didn't watch where I was going and I didn't see you coming my way. I'm so so so sorry!"

'Next time, try to watch out or so help me, you won't look pretty.', he basically pushed me aside and stomped past me.

"I said I'm sorry, didn't I? Shit like this happens to everyone so maybe you just shouldn't make such a big deal about it and stop acting like a huge dick." I whispered, not thinking he'd hear me.

'What did you just say to me?" He turned around with eyes full of rage.

"Uh.. you shouldn't act like this?" I take a step back.

'Well maybe you shouldn't even be here talking to me. Do you even know who I am?' He takes a step in my direction.

"Uh.. not really.. am i supposed to know?" I take another step back, not realising the edge of the stairs is just another step away.

'I'm Justin fucking Crowley. I'm the one who started this party so maybe you shouldn't talk to me like this. You messed with the wrong person, dude. I can literally turn your life into hell in just 2 seconds, and believe me, I will do it. I dare you to try me one more time, because i promise you that it'll be your last."

He takes another step in my direction. Of course, I take another step back and slip.

All of a sudden, a hand grabs me and pulls me back in the hallway. I look up to see who saved me, but all I can see is a mask. The masked guy lets go of me and walks towards Justin. Justin tries to back up a bit but trips over one of the smoking kids' legs and falls on his back. The masked guy jumps on top of Justin and punches him in the face. Justin's nose is bleeding and he just lays there groaning for a few minutes.

All of a sudden, the masked guy turns around and starts walking to me.
I quickly run down the stairs and run outside to the car.
The masked guy is still following me so I start yelling at Eden and Jake to start the car.

'What happened?', they both asked at the same time.

"I'll explain everything once we get home."

I look out the back window and see him standing in the middle of the road. I get one last glimpse of him wearing a leather jacket with red paint splatters on the back.

(A/N: 1090 words.
So that was quite something, huh? I have no idea what this was but I guess I kinda like it. Hope you enjoyed it too!
