Me and ky were gonna go to chynas mom house to go and see if I can spend some time with him. We pull up to chynas mom house and knock on the door, and Chyna mom opens it with king right beside her.   Convo between king,ty,Kylie,and Chyna mom (idk chyna mom name so for chynas mom I'm just gonna put cm)

Ty:so umm.. I came to see if I can spend time with my son?
Cm:o umm don't u get to see your son everyday ?
Ty:I'm guessing Chyna didn't tell u

Ty:that we split cuz she was cheating on me and accusing of me cheating on her and she took king and she won't let me see my king.
Cm:o she didn't tell me that but yes u can take king for the rest of the day just bring him back by 5:30 cuz Chyna will be coming back

We were gonna go take king to the park and play with him for a little bit since we only had a hour. We were playing we only had 10 min left to hang with king so we stopped to a quick break. King out of no where said I wanna like with u daddy.what?. I wanna like with u I don't wanna live with mommy and her boyfriend I don't like him. Why don't u like him? Cuz he hit me and mommy lets him king said while crying, I looked at t and he was furious and he said ok you can stay with me. What about ky ky I can't live with her to she's your girlfriend he said smiling? T looked at me and said u say it I nodded.

I texted chynas mom and told her about what king told me and I told her king will be staying with me and I plan on filling for full custody she said ok.
We got home me and ky played and watched cartoons with king until he fell asleep snuggled up into Kylie chest.I tried to take him to his room but he wanted to sleep with Kylie and Kylie let him. Convo between ky and ty ⬇️
Ty:so I was wondering if I should get full custody of king cuz I'm gonna be damn if the bitches bf keeps hitting my son
Ky:omg t I definitely think u should It would be the best for king
