Choosing to be a child will lower your strength, but the enemy won't see you as a threat. Hell, they might even want to keep you!]
-18 - 28. {So close to being fully mature, and yet so far. Being a young adult will put you at the peak of your strength, but you will be seen as a threat despite your occupation. Look out, the enemy will be watching your hands, though I'm sure a little flirting could lower their guard, don't you?}
-28 - 45. {A fully matured adult, and you aren't in the war? You might be hyperaware of your surroundings, which can be both exhausting for you and the rest of your group. not being in the war at your ripe age throws doubt into the enemies' mind that you can fight them off, but hey, at least they would be more towards killing the rest of your group first, give you time to escape maybe?}
-45 - 65. {You, my friend are considered a senior citizen. You may have been taken out of your job as a general in the military for your age, or you might just be a strong grandparent. At this age, you may not be as strong as you used to be before, but you're just as fleet of foot as always!}
-You don't even remember your age, do you? {Hey there, traveler, you seem to have forgotten your age. maybe you age slowly, or not at all once you hit whatever age you physically are now? who knows!? Certainly not you.}
