When you pulled up to your new house. You jumped out of the car and ran upstairs to pick your room. You find the second biggest room in the house and dropped your backpack so mama knew that it was yours. When you walked back downstairs and looked out into the lot and, you seen these two boys playing around. Then mama call my name."Y/n come and help me with these boxes." She yelled from the back of the car
"Ok, mama." You said from in the middle of the doorway
You run over and grab some boxes that say Y/n's room. Then you put those boxes in your room and, go grab some more. After you and mama get all the boxes out of the car, then start unpacking. Then you hear a knock at the door.
"Can you get the door Y/n please?" Mama said from the back of the house
"Yeah sure," you said
You walk over to the door and open it. It was the two boys that were playing in the lot earlier. "Hi I'm Ponyboy Curtis and this is Johnny Cade," One boy said
"Hi I'm Y/n L/n," You said giving them a weird look.
"Nice to meet you Y/n we wanted to know if you wanted to hangout with for a while" Ponyboy said
"Sure" you say with a smile on your face
You, Johnny and Ponyboy walk over to the lot and sat down on a run down bus seat. Then there was a few seconds of silence the Ponyboy said something,
"So where are you from?" Ponyboy asked
" I am from Texas" you answer
He asked you a one more questions,
"How old are you?" He said with a grin
You answer "I just turn 17"
Ponyboy and Johnny look at each other then looked at you. Then Ponyboy said, "You want to come over"
You stopped for a second then answer,
"Sure" with a smile on your face
"Okay, follow us" Ponyboy said
You follow them two houses down. Then Ponyboy opened the gate and peeked his head in the door and yelled
"Put some pants on there is a girl is coming in" then said to you "come in"
"Y/n this is Twobit, Darry, Dally, Steve, and that is Sodapop, hang this is Y/n" Ponyboy said
Sodapop and you make eye contact and stare at each other for a few seconds. Then Sodapop gets up and says
"You can call me Soda" he said smiling
"Nice to meet you Soda" you smile back

You notice that it is getting late you say,
"I think I am going to go now"
"I can take you if you want," Sodapop say
You shrugged your shoulders and said
"Sure"
You and Soda started to walk to you house but when you got to the lot you and Soda hear an engine and turn around. The Sodapop says under his breath
"Not the socs"
You look confused
"Who are the socs you?" You asked
Soda looks at you with his bright blue eyes and says
"They are a gang from the the west side"
The car pulls up and a guy with ring got out. As soon as he got out of the car three more socs followed him. Then Soda tries pushed you behind him, but you stand beside him. The the guy with the ring hit you in the face and, you fall onto the ground and hit your on the hard cold cement. Sodapop goes a punch two of the in the face. You slowly fade in and out. You hear a soft but deep voice it was Soda. He ran over to see if you were okay.
