I instantly woke up after hearing my alarm. I was walking like a zombie to the washroom in order to make wudu. After performing wudu, I recited the Ayutul-Kursi, so that all the body parts that I have just washed would be enlightened if I'm in Jannah. In sha' Allah!
I took my prayer mat and placed it in the direction of the Kibla and I started my Salat for Fajr. I totally gave myself into it, because I felt as if I'm standing next to Allah subhaana wa ta'ala. I prayed in every sujood, as it is when Allah directly grants all our wishes. After finishing my prayer I started with doing dhikr and also recited some very important and special Aayah's that I have by now memorised, Alhamdulillah!
And when it was time for me to make my dua, I raised my hands and asked the Almighty for forgiveness, health and also wealth which is the Barakath. Once I was done I opened my eyes and wiped the tears from my eyes. These tears will help me go near Allah during the time of Aakirah.
I slowly got up from my place and took the Quraan from my shelf. I opened up to the Surah Yaaseen. If I read this surah it would surely give me the benefit of reading the Quraan, since it is the heart of the Quraan. I finished the surah in twenty minutes and ended it by reading the Al-Fathiha which is the opening. It is also the Shifa for a person.
Looking at the moving clock I noticed the time, which is by now 7:25am and I have to rush up for my first day in my new college. I quickly rummaged through my wardrobe to find a nice cream coloured long top coupled with a black cardigan, cream stole and blue Jean and also a pair of black flats.
After a quick hot shower, I changed myself into the clothes I selected for myself and braided my brown hair. I may not be the best beauty according to this world, but I'm sure that I'm the most beautiful girl. Because Allah, my Creator is indeed the best of Creators and His creations are never ugly, Subhan' Allah and I'm proud to be one among them.
While coming out of my room I noticed my mother making my breakfast which was plain toast and scrambled eggs.
"Assalaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu!! I would have made them myself Maa. Why did you worry??"
I gently asked her.
"Walaikum salaam Umama. It's okay dear, I was anyways preparing breakfast for your Dad. So, I thought I will make some for my lovely daughter who is going to attend college today" she smiled genuinely.
"I love you Maa!"
I kissed her on her cheeks, because it is one of our Sunnah, to keep your mother happy and never say any harsh word to the one who taught you how to talk. I started having my food with a Bismillah and when I was done, I said Alhamdulillah Shukr , because there are many people in the world who don't get any food. I'm blessed enough to get this food. I washed my plate myself because that is how Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) would do.
With a hug, I left my house and went straight away to the garage and took my Honda car. We may not be rich enough to own a BMW, but there are people who don't even have a bicycle and have to walk miles. It is always better to think about the ones those are lower in status to us, than to envy those who are higher in status to us. Because in the eyes of Allah subhaana wa ta'ala we are all equal. We rank only by our deeds not by our money. So, Alhamdulillah.
Reciting the Aayah for travelling I started my journey.
I really thank my parents for raising me up with the Deen and also the Ibadath because if not them, who would have taught me?
