It's 4.30 in the morning when my alarm goes off. I hear my mum walking down the stairs to make breakfast and I know I have to hurry. Today is the big day! I'm going on an exchange to Spain with school! I am so excited, yet so tired. "Isabelle! Hurry up!" I hear my mum yelling at me. I am always late in the morning but luckily I already prepared my clothes for today so I quickly put it on. When I make my way downstairs I am thinking of who might be my exchange student. I knew it was a boy, 19 years old (1 year older than me) and the spanish girls told me he was very handsome but also really shy. I haven't talked to him yet because 'his phone was broken'. I haven't seen a clear picture of him, only a grouppictures. He had dark hair and a tanned skin but that's all I could see. It's all very vague. I'm just imagining him as a younger version of Enrique Iglesias, as they share the same name.

"Hey, Isabelle! There you are!" my friends are greeting me as I get out of the car. I kiss my parents and my brother goodbye and walk towards the bus. It's 5.27 a.m. so I'm just on time. The bus leaves at 5.30. I put my baggage away and we all get on the bus.
As we make our way to Schiphol (Amsterdam) I am thinking about the boy I will spend my week with. Is he really that shy that he doesn't talk to me? And is he really that pretty?
When we get on the plane I suddenly get a strange feeling. What if he is just some annoying little perv that thinks he can have any girl in the world? And what if he is really arrogant and thinks I am not good enough for him?

After a 2 hour flight we finally land in Madrid. I can see a group of spanish teenagers waiting on the airport so I assume these are our exchange partners. I get out of the plane and search for my luggage. My friends are all very excited since they all have female partners. But ofcourse I got matched with Enrique because I do judo and jiu jitsu and I fitness. Not very girly things. The spanish girls told me he spends a lot of time on his looks. So that was also a matching point..

"Guys and girls come over here!" my teacher calls us "I am going to shout your name and you will step forward. Your exchange partners will recognise you will form pairs." Oh great, shout my name as loud as possible so all people will look at me, with my hair like this..
I hear my name and step forward. Through the crowd I see a very goodlooking boy walking up to me. He has his hair very well styled(picture below), he wears a plain white tee, jeans and sneakers. All very casual but he looks so hot!

When he comes closer I can see he has a little diamond earring and a few leather bracelets. He smiles, showing me his dimples. His extremely white teeth are shining in the TL-lights of the airport. "Hi, i'm Enrique Monterosso. Nice to meet you!"
