"Papa" Aarush holds his palm tightly as He looks down "I want to meet Adu please"
"Aarush –Behave –We are not going to meet her or Your Mama –So it's better you forget them" He yells at the Little boy and swiftly removes his hold on his palm and walks out of the Mansion .
The Little boy runs into his bedroom while pushing his little frame into the fluffy bed once he shared with his twin sister . The cries of his filled the four walls as he tried muffling his sobs . curled up he cried for the days where he longed to be held by his parents fondly but all he'd ever witnessed was the screams and the curses they threw at each other not caring about him witnessing their fights . In the deafening silence it was his twin sister he would hold onto as they would hug each other and cuddle to sleep . His Adu would ruffle his hairs during the nights where he would cry when their parents would strangle each other with words .
"It would be okay Aaru—We are going to be okay—You have me and I have you –that's enough for us" She would whisper them into his ears while holding him tightly against her little frame .
Aarush always did wonder how could his twin sister be so strong and smile despite not getting the love of their parents? They were just six but he always felt like he was younger than Adya . Now that she is taken away by his mother he is left all alone by himself
"I miss you—Adu" He cries holding their picture close to his chest where they had taken it during their birthday last year She had wrapped her right arm around his shoulder while kissing on his cheek . His Chachu was and will always be the father figure in their life .Whenever their parents would clash it was their Chachu who would walk into their room with three plates of food despite the tiring and the exhausted day he would have gone through.
He would cocoon them in his embrace and wipe away his tears and kiss their temples "It is going to okay" he would whisper just like his Adu and feed them while time to time wiping away his pearl tears that would drop .
As much as His Adu was strong when His Chachu would hug her , her tears would drop down from her chocolate –dark brown orbs . More than him Adu was close to his Chachu , She was taken after him She loved Art while he had a interest in dancing just like his Maasi. She loved eating Bananas with a Mug of Milk just like his Chachu and He would just laugh at them as they looked no more than monkeys . He loved Daal Chawal and Golgappes just like his Maasi . His Chachu always slept with them in their room whatever time it was he gets home from work.
