Prologue - View 1

I woke up next to Kaede, her arms were wrapped around me like a child cuddling a teddy bear. This past week had been the best week of my life. My mother was arrested for child abuse, and Kaede extended an offer to live with her. I accepted, but you could probably already tell that. It's blissful, but something's wrong today. I can almost taste it in the air, it feels like when you have a sneaking suspicion you've forgotten something, but you never end up forgetting it in the end.

As I suspected, the day went on normally. Korosensei was in a better mood than normal, everyone was fine. Towards the end of the day, I started noticing the shadows of a man with comically long hair (look who's talking.) He moved like a hobo and would lay down often, but he never showed himself until 10 minutes before the day ended. He appeared right behind Korosensei and looked at him. "You're not supposed to be here," the man said, right before he opened his eyes and Korosensei exploded.

"Weird-ass quirk," he thought out loud. I looked around to everyone, almost all the girls were crying, the boys were in sheer shock, and Karma was pissed. You could almost see the fire in his eyes, it was kinda sexy. "WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK DID YOU JUST DO!?" he shouted, before pulling out a 13-inch tactical knife, he stabbed the man in the side. He looked surprised but ran out of the classroom, shutting the door behind him. I ran after him, but he was nowhere to be found.

I opened every door in the old campus building and found nothing, I searched around the building and found nothing, I searched the forest around the building and found nothing. It was only when I got to the main campus, I saw bright flashes of light coming from the principal's office. Screaming could be heard from two adult men. I ran up to the office, ignoring all warnings from any of the security or hall monitors.

I burst into his office, the screaming was unintelligible still, but the bursts of light were getting faster and faster and the man was disappearing into them. I could tell that the principal was about to go in after him, but I shoved him aside. For all I cared he could've fallen out of the window and died.

The man who killed my teacher was going to suffer a taste of his own medicine.
