When I arrived to the tree Rake was already there along with 2 others in black cloaks. I gulped as I walked forward, was this the best choice? It would hurt so many people. Just when I was about to get close I felt a hang grab mine and pull me back. A hand was put over my mouth and I could feel someone's chest press against my back. I looked back to see the face and there stood Ej who seemed enraged. We stood there quietly despite my squirming, Ej's grip was just to tight and I could tell how pissed he was. Soon enough the sun came up and Rake left with his posy. Once they where far enough Ej threw me to the ground. My arms cut on the rocks and branches,
"HOW COULD YOU BETRAY US TOBY?!"
I felt tears sting my eyes as I stood up and looked at him dead in the eyes. All my emotions I bottled up all flowed now,
"HOW COULD YOU ALL USE ME AND TOY WITH ME!?"
My judgement started to get blurry and my filter was completely gone,
"I PUT SO MUCH INTO THIS JUST FOR YOU TO ALL THINK IM SOMETHING YOU CAN JUST TAKE, USE, AND THEN THROW AWAY!!"
"WHEN DID I EVER DO THAT?!"
I froze.
I realized Ej never toyed with me. I fell to my knees witch cut them up just like my arms. I felt tears roll down my face,
"I.. I just wanted to belong.."
I felt Ej's arms go around me holding me in an embrace. He placed kisses on my head and there we sat, holding each other until the sun was fully up. I eventually got up and helped Ej up too. We walked together all the way back to the mansion and when we got there Ej lied to everyone saying that we snuck off last night. Once he managed to convince everyone we simply laid in my bed and slept the day away.
