when he was around 5 years old, he grew up and before his 13th birthday he came out to his mother and she was so supportive of him, cutting his hair, replacing his room decor with all might decor and all that, when he turned 14 he got his name changed to be Izuku instead of Izari. He started to wear a binder when his breasts gained in size to alleviate some of his dysphoria.
