WEEKS LATER...
It's been a couple of weeks since I moved with my Aunt and her husband and things have been okay. I can't go to the same school and since she said it was too late to apply to another school, she put on home schooling. She's been making me apply to a lot of scholarships too, so I guess I'm going to college.
I get to see Kyrin every weekend and I'm so happy. I miss Lashea, a lot, sometime I really can't sleep because I'm so used to sleeping by him. I still talk to America and Jade tho, we try to make plans to meet up, but I'm scared to ask my auntie. But so far, it's good, I guess, it's just boring.
I'm always in the house, at church, or helping my auntie with something. It's the same stuff over and over, it's getting tiring. I been getting all these cute outfits and stuff, just to sit in the house in a tank top and short every day, almost.
My Auntie husband is okay, he just always looking at me, it's uncomfortable as a bitch. Jade told the other day that Chino was involved with BJ's and Tisha's death, so I guess he was the eyes I recognized that day. That shit hurt so bad because I was involved with the person who basically took my life away from me.
Then for him to be telling me he loved and all of that when he know he hurt me, it just made me sick and hurt. She told me Killa killed him, just like that. I snapped out of my thinking to here my Auntie calling my name from downstairs. Her husband had this special dinner tonight so we had to go to it.
I had on a cute white dress and my auntie bought me some white heels, but I wasn't tryna wear them, they hurt my feet.
I grabbed my small crossbody purse and phone then walked down the stairs. My auntie was looking in the mirror, putting on her jewelry.
"Well then, about time you decided to show your face." She said looking at me then back at the mirror then back at me again.
"Wait where are those heels I bought you?" She asked and walked over to me quietly.
"I don't wanna wear them things, they hurt my feet." I told her truthfully looking at her and she scoffed.
"I don't care if they hurt your feet, those heels costed me close to 700 dollars!" She yelled at me with her hand up but her husband came up behind her.
"Baby, baby, calm down. It's okay if she doesn't want to wear the heels." He told her in her ear and she shook her head.
"I want for us to look good in front of these people, and that's includes her too!" She told him and he gave her a kiss.
"It's okay, calm down, now let's go, we're almost late anyways." He told her and she gave me a look then he grabbed the keys and she grabbed her clutch and we were out the door.
