Izuku POV

As those words slipped out of our teachers mouth I felt shivers down my spine. Now I knew for a fact I'm dieing this year.

No ones POV

The teacher started to speak again "So that means two days a week you will train with your partner out in the field."

Everyone left the classroom to go put to the field and train with their partner.

Bakugo POV

So deku is my partner, alright it should be easy to send her to hell. Maybe she might be a little competition but I'll win.

Izuku POV

"Hey kacchan are you ready to train?" I said nervously.

Bakugo opened his mouth and said "were going to be doing combat ok shitty nerd?"

"O-ok kacchan,"I said.

No ones POV

Bakugo and Izuku started walking to a open place to fight. Of course they were allowed to this time because it was training.

After a little while bakugo ended up winning in their training and he felt very prideful. Izuku on the other hand did no feel so good so she went to recovery girl. Their were only a few minor injuries and she was able to go back to her dorm.

Izuku POV

When I got back to the dorm room I remembered what happened this morning and I looked through my jewelry bag and I found my locket. I smiled and put it on but i tucked the locket into my uniform and than I went back to class. Once I got their I realized everyone was still coming back from lunch so I sat down in my desk and layed my head down.

Bakugo POV

I knew I would win the battle with deku, shes to weak to take me on and win. I enter the classroom and their she is with her head down and I just sit down in my seat not bothering her. And than i feel this sharp pain in my heart like a knife cutting through me.
After a while the feeling stopped but I still ached for somehting I just didnt know what. I turned around and saw deku looking at me and i saw a necklace chain around her neck.

"Deku what's on your neck?" I asked.

"Its nothing kacchan,"she said sounding scared.

"Well a necklace chain is definitely not nothing,"I said grabbing the chain and pulling it out.

Their I saw a silver heart shaped locket with deku engraved on it. What the hell, why is she wearing that out in public. Is she trying to embarrass me, I dont wear mine out in public only to sleep.

I started to whisper "Deku why the hell are you wearing the locket I gave you when we were kids?"
