The First Fall...

Frisk's pov:

Frisk didn't know what to do anymore... She'd given up... It had been many years since the time she and her family had gone camping on Mt. Ebbot, where she had almost fallen into the hole that was now in front of her...

It had been 7 years since then... A lot had happened... Her mother and father had fallen ill not long after their last visit, and she had been left in the cruel foster system this world decided to ignore... She'd been shown no kindness since then and had been in many ways shown the darkest parts this world had to show...

She had often thought that it would have been better if her father hadn't stopped her fall down this hole all those years ago...

She had just been kicked out of the only place she could stay... She was an adult now and was no longer welcome to say in her foster home... Sure her foster brothers and father were terrible people and mistreated her and the other girls, but it was still a warm place to sleep...

She'd tried sleeping in a park not too long ago... But the drunks and other homeless people in the area only saw her as a free snack and had used her and left her... She could still feel the bruises all over her... She used her large sweater to hide what she could... The sweater used to fit her perfectly but after being on the street for a while... She lost quite a lot of weight and it had been stretched quite a bit as well... It was her favourite... And if she was going to do what she spent 5 days travelling to do... She wanted to look good... For the last time...

The tears finally fell over her bruised, dirty checks, but she didn't care... It didn't matter to her... It'd all be over soon...

She turned on her heels...

Her back to the hole...

Arm's stretch out...

And with that...

She fell...
