First Date

*back when you were younger*

Devin called your house phone and asked you if you want to go on a date. Blushing like a red rose you said yes. "I'll at your house at 5pm be ready ok!. You said ok quickly and hung up the phone. You didn't know how to feel.... You went to your room, picked up a pillow and screamed into it. You took a bath, put on a face mask, did your hair, picked out an outfit, washed off the mask, did a little make up, got dressed , then finally put on a few accessories. It was time you waited by the door until he got there. As soon as you heard the first ding of the doorbell you swung the door open. Your mom came out from the kitchen, "Wait I wanna get a picture of you guys" She called out you groan. "ugh mommy!!", " lil girl don't "ugh" me, now smile".  You smile as your mom acts like a whole grandma squinting and holding the camera all the way out. Devin opens the car door for you as you mom tells him to take care of her baby. He smile and says yes ma'am. You guys go out to the boardwalk to eat dinner after you guys draw in the wet sand on the beach and take a long slow walk. As the sun sets over the sea you admire the sunset. Devin looks at you with a smile and pulls you closer. You turn and look in his honey eyes as he leans in to kiss you. After dinner he walks you to the car and laughs at you. "What's so funny? " He smiles "Nothing was just thinking about something we could do but I know you too scared to do it" You laughed " If its skinny dipping then damn right I'm not doing that" "Oh hell naw I was gonna say we could make out in the car unless you wanna try skinny dipping?" "Isn't this your moms car?" " Yeah, dont mean nun". You sat down in the car and without warning climbed on top of Devin  kissing him. After a while your mom called to check on you. You looked at him in his eyes "We're gonna be forever....can you promise me that?" " I promise" He said looking at you intently. You grabbed your phone still sitting in Devs lap " Hi mommy" "Hey baby you guy okay?" " Yes momma we're on our way back" "Ok see you when you get here". You hung up and kissed him one more time before climbing back into the passengers seat. He walked you up the steps to your porch and kissed you goodnight.
