I sit and watch the fire dance in the darkness, letting the warmth and light consume me. Everything else is dark and I enjoy the feeling of not seeing anything around me but the shimmering ambers and the flying ashes. But the fire started to hum and disintagrate as the water consumed it. I watched the last speck of coals succumb to the blackness surrounding it as I myself became hollow and numb. Although, I stand up with the empty pit in my stomach and the stinging feeling in my heart. And I start to wave my hands, spinning and dancing in the darkness. I ignore the despair surrounding me as my dress ignites into burning flames and my skin into stinging coals. I become a fire for someone else to indulge in as I slowly burn out, leaving them to ignite.
