Sydney's POV: First day of school, my heart raced and my belly ached. I didn't know what to feel. I had pancakes with my sister , drank my smoothie, and got ready to go . My sister Ellie is 17 so she takes me to school. " Are you ready for your first day of middle school ?" My baby sister is growing up ! " blurted Ellie about to start the car. " Yeah it's whatever. " I replied . She gave me tips about the teachers and the staff so I was pretty much ready, but I would have to face him . By him I mean Lucas Barca my best friend last year. I....Im scared to se him because everytime I see him my heart drops everything drops I forget everyone and everything its just me and him. He hasn't texted me all Summer. I walk into the school with confidence but really I'm scared and afraid. I pick up my schedule from the office and walk to class. I was pretty much lost but there were teachers everywhere so I was ok ..... for now. I walked to room 26 for Advisory. I walk in and see some of my old friends and sit at there table. My teacher Mrs.Cooper started to call roll. Everyone was here but then someone ran in screaming IM HERE ! I knew the voice from somewhere. I felt something on my spine chilling and then all I heard was BOO right on my shoulder. Everyone starts to laugh I turn around to see who it was. It was ....................... LUCAS I almost pissed my pants. He laughs " I see your still scared like last year ! " " Whatever Lucas ! " I blush. He pulls me into a hug " I missed you best friend ! " I start getting even more red. I exclaimed " Awee I missed you too!" Then I hear my alarm go off . Damnt it was a dream. I roll out of my bed thinking about him if only it was real. Ugggg life is so difficult sometimes.
